21.5" Delivery Times Thread

I'm in Toronto and we ordered on the same day but have different delivery dates although both have changed.. what setup did you get?
 
I ordered a base 21.5" imac and a ipad mini on the 4 of december around 6pm, with approved financing through TD. Mine is processing, and under each product it say Available: 7 to 10 days for imac (delivery Dec. 21 to 28), and 1 week for ipad mini (Delivery originally was 24 and has been bumped to the 18). Kinda hoping I get both by xmas, but if not the positive side is that the imac will make a great early b-day present for me (my bday is Jan 10).


*Quick hijack, My niece loves the sims 3 on my macbook pro when she comes over after school and it's been causing some overheating at times; if I buy the superdrive accessory will it play the game for her on the imac?

Haha awesome. Last night I realised why in gods name would I order my Imac online and not get it at an Apple reseller. Wouldn't cost me any money and I would already have it by now. Waiting suckssssss :mad::(

I am more worried as to wether my pea sized brain can cope with the transition from windows!!

If I have to wait much longer I might be giving the paramedics a call!!:(
(I might get an apple savvy one who could set it up for me!)
 
Ordered BTO 21" on 30/11/12. Estimated 17/12/12 delivery. Tracking says 12/12/12, but arrived today! Happy days. Now I've got to make the big switch. Can't wait.
 
MI here - ordered a BTO 27" on Dec 3rd with a shipping window of 3-4 weeks - delivery estimate btwn Dec 31st - Jan 7th. Hoping for an earlier delivery time as this is a gift for my son. Jan 7th he will be back up at school & am hoping the iMac will be with him...fingers crossed :D

Hey Guys! Just got my new iMac! :) I ordered it Sunday night, first it said delivery would be from 18-21. Then when it actually shipped wednesday to thursday at midnight it said delivery estimate would be next monday; but just woke up to the ring of my doorbell and surprise! It was my birthday yesterday so I was hoping I would get it today and I did! BTW I did the 2-3 days delivery.

This is the just one of many gifts he will be getting, I didn't feel the need to disclose anything else since this is an iMac forum - lmfao. He is a photojournalism student and already has a spec'd out MacBook pro so this will help out with all the photo editing he does. Safe to say that he will be a very happy camper when he sees all that Mama Grinch got him :D

I am typing this on my nice new 21.5" with Fusion, 16GB and i7.... it is nice! Damn nice! I haven't even taken the wrapping off the nice new screen yet!

My iMac arrived 21.5 fusion! And I'm so happy below a picture! Now restoring profiles from time machine

Thoroughly chalked off!!:mad:

I had to nip out to the shops today for 10 mins. Left note on door for UPS guy to leave at neighbours if no answer.
Get home to find a slip saying they had called but item needed signing for. Even though I stated on note that neighbour would sign and I had given permission!
Now have to wait 3 days for redelivery on Monday!!

Bad luck or what!!?!

Apple have no neighbour delivery set on the delivery thing. UPS wouldn't be allowed to do that.
 
Finally! Got an iMessage to say it had arrived in Ireland, recieiving on Tuesday :)

Exact same here! Got news today that it will be here before the 12th (initially said 17th), so hoping for it to arrive any day now :)
