I've been sorely tempted to call, but in some sense, I know I'm being a little ridiculous since it technically isn't late. My delivery window is Dec. 21-28. It's just really discouraging to see other people getting theirs when mine is still processing. I'm just not sure how much there is to be gained if I call, especially if, as others have said, there isn't anything the CSRs can do. If it is still processing on Monday, however, I will definitely call. But hopefully it won't be necessary.
oh yea, i know they don't know anything/cant do much except upgrade your shipping. I'm just going to 'vent' to them and hope to get something out of it compensation wise. I am frustrated that others are shipping prior to mine, and ill tell apple that politely of course. So far i was able to score a wireless keyboard because i wanted to change it on my order, but i hope this time will get me a disc drive or a discount (rare) like some other posters.
it just boggles my mind how waking up in the middle of the night to order first, yet i coulda slept in and ordred in the afternoon and have it ship before mine. this stinks :/ and now i sound like a spoiled brat haha
