27" iMac delivery thread (Canada)

For those of you with UPS, and whose iMacs were in Buffalo yesterday, I just checked my tracking page and found that mine went through Concord to Mount Hope.
So glad they're finally coming home :)

Yup same here! Located in Grimsby, ON. Looks like tomorrow is indeed the day!

My imac has departed for Memphis,TN this afternoon and estimated delivery is Wednesday, 19 dec 2012!:):)
I live near London,ON so anybody know where the imac is going to go next?:confused:
I'm thinking the imac will come in on Tuesday because every single apple product I have ordered came in 1 day before the estimated delivery!!:D

Edit: Checked FlightAware again and guess what

This means it will be in Toronto tonight and in Halifax by possibly midnight.
Looks very likely we will actually get it tomorrow :)

I saw that. I hope ours is like Phillie86. His show departing Memphis twice. I really don't want it to be on the road.

Didn't they overshoot the GTA by going to Mount Hope?? Isn't that by Owen Sound??

Delivery is still scheduled for the 18th but it seems like it could have easily been here in the GTA on the 17th. Sometimes I just don't get the logistics involved...it seems like packages are never on a direct line.

Exactly, I just refreshed and instead of it showing as being on time, it just changed to just "In Transit", and is scheduled for Tuesday, instead of the original delivery date of Monday.

Argh.

I checked FlightAware and this shows up:

The time shown in the FedEx log matches the time in the photo above :)
Should give you Canadians in the East expecting your iMac by the 19th some hope for tomorrow!

(You could tell this is a lazy Sunday :D Investigative work FTW!!)

I ordered my maxed out BTO 27" Nov 30th around 2:00 PM I Called Apple about an hour later to get expedited service for $35 The nice lady added it on and after putting me on hold for a minute came back and said "no charge" but delivery ETA would be the same (Jan 2-7) My guess is that may be because I live in Salmon Arm BC (middle of nowhere) and most items come expedited whether I ask for it or not since the delivery system out here is so limited. The sad part is my iMac is still stuck in "Processing" mode but the good news is yesterday my credit card has been debited $2,900 so I'm expecting a status change real soon.

Ok so now my Mac is back in Concord.

So today it went from:
Buffalo to Concord Ont
Concord Ont to Mount Hope Ont
Mount Hope Ont to Concord Ont

Busy day.....
 
ordered at noon (est) on the 30th and my status just changed to preparing from shipment, hopefully I'll get it before friday

I've had one iMac go from Memphis to Calgary to Halifax. lol imagine yours will head there. Enjoy!

My FedEx log now shows the package as being in Toronto at the sorting facility. Hopefully it will be out for delivery today and hopefully yours will arrive in Halifax in time to be put out for delivery!

As I thought, it should clear customs this morning and hopefully by 7am be out for delivery. It's going to feel like a long day at work knowing my imac is at home and I'm stuck here till 3pm.

FedEx wise nothing on my end. Enjoy your new iMacs. I've probably another day to wait but it will still be a week early! :)
 
I don't understand...l ordered mine on the 30th at 5am EST and l'm still processing. My delivery date is the 21st to 31st and still nothing...l'm really
starting to think l might get pooched here and end up getting it in the new year. l know a few people that ordered their systems on the 1st and 2nd of December who's systems are either preparing to be shipped or are in transit. l think l'll have to call Apple this morning and try and see what's going on...:mad:

Mine did the same? Supposed to be delivered today, starting to get a bit skeptical.

My delivery was scheduled for the 18th but it now says "out for delivery" from Concord. Oddly the scheduled delivery is still the 18th. Would be pretty disappointed in UPS if it takes them 24 hours to get from Concord to Mississauga.

Mine still doesn't show Out For Delivery.

I can't believe the path this thing has taken.
 
It's here! Arrived at 10am!

EDIT: Just to clarify, my UPS tracking still shows my package as having left Concord, ON last. No "Out for Delivery" update. And still doesn't show delivered.
