For all those who are saying the 395m is rubbish and cannot even keep up with 965m here are some of the benchmarks on my Alienware 17 with 970m. The 395m is scoring just under 970m levels

It is certainly not bad but you can see against mine with the m395 that it pulls ahead in this test (3dmark score 5920 and gfx of 6819)

Can you run valley @ 1440p ?
I can later, I just trashed my bootcamp to split my fusion drive, I want bootcamp on the SSD.

Oh BTW I tried the macfan software and it caused issues, I was getting usb stuttering I guess where it polls the firmware?

That's great. BTW, ninja2000, have you tried to use any program to boost the fan, to see how much the temperature cools down? You said it's near 98 celsius while intensive tasks right?

Tried macfan in bootcamp, it does cool the GPU down but I had issues with stuttering when using the software

No, performance was fine, it would make the mouse stutter, like it was causing an issue with the USB

Hope someone can help me here, now that we have some benchmarks on the m395 (not X), I was wondering how this compares with the gtx680mx I have in my late 2012 iMac. I am satisfied with this card for the types of games I play and want to know how they compare to make my decision of whether I stick with the m395 or go for the m395x.
