If its not in violation of anything and you guys think its legit, why does every screen shot go to the bother of blocking out his/her serial number??
Not that I'm advocating violating the terms of the NDA, but making knock-off computers that run OSX and selling them for profit is on an entirely different level than posting screenshots of a beta OS that Apple has already announced.
Yep thats what I'm doing. I am stealing apples software and reselling it, messing around with there code and reverse engineering it and making a company out of it and making money. Yep. Thats exactly what I'm doing. Man you can read me like a book!
How could you break the NDA if you havent signed it? No your doing what is known as stealing.

If Apple wants to go after these people, Apple will...we don't need these computer heroes here trying to enforce the NDA.
Non disclosure agreements should be taken seriously, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the information or screenshots shared here. It was all demonstrated in the webcast publicly available on Apple's website and the video didn't have any attached NDA. That said, I don't plan to discuss the additions to UIKit with anyone quite yet. I suspect the API changes are what Apple wants kept from the press at this stage.

when in Camera, there is a small screen at the bottom left that shows the last picture taken. its the same button that is used to go to camera roll, but now it also shows a preview of what you took before
Any consequences they face are their consequences, not yours. I find it hysterical how people come to these boards for information, and then when it's given they cry foul.
If Macrumors was really concerned about being sued/shut down they'd remove the threads. You bi**ing and moaning isn't going to change a thing. Don't take the liberty of speaking for the website when you clearly have no such authority.
Do you want everyone knowing your iPhone's serial number and other information? Even in threads when people are comparing screenshots from that screen they block out the serial #, it's common practice.
op, can you tell me if in the keyboard settings there is an option to enable a dvorak keyboard? I use dvorak on my computer and it usually requires a conscience effort on my part to switch my mindset over from dvorak to qwerty to go from macbook to iphone.

I don't think so the names I have under SMS sounds are:
Tri-tone
Chime
Glass
Horn
Bell
Electronic
I do think that they have added some new ringtones but not 100% sure.
