Because I stayed off MR today until now, I have to get my fix... is that the first XX:07:XX order that's preparing for shipping?

There was a supposed XX:09:XX but I suspect there was something special or misunderstood about that one.

I doubt they’re systemically into the :07 orders, the reports from this morning seem to indicate they are generally still working through the :05s. I’m an :06 with no movement at all. I don’t doubt that a :07 could have moved though, as email confirm times seem to only be an approximation of order queue in apple's systems.

42 mm space grey

FINALLY! Woke up at 6am to charge on my credit card! Status is preparing for shipment, no tracking information yet. About a week behind launch date, however felt like an ETERNITY! Hang in there everyone!:)

I had the same reaction. I'm assuming Roblin is in Europe based on the date format in the shipment notification? If so, maybe that explains a xx:17 order being shipped.

Not necessarily in Europe. There is a quite large thread for orders in Germany and some guy there made a spread sheet with the different watches, bands etc. ordered.

You can see that not any 38/42mm Space Gray Watches have been shipped yet, with the first 38mm ordered at xx:04.

Yeah, I was super surprised. Here is proof if you don't believe me:

It was from UK, gonna have to do a stop at Borderlinx on its way to Sweden...

Wow, I don't even..

You lucky git.. ;)

After seeing several people who order after I (both on here and other forums), I finally decided to contact Apple support (via: Online Chat).

Order Details:
Date / Time: 04/10/2015 03:06:02 AM EST
38mm Sport Space Grey w/Black Rubber Band
- My card has not been charged.
- No email of any kind (aside from confirmation email) has been received.

I started the conversation with:
"I'm wondering if you could give me an exact order time on Order # #########"

Response was:
"It comes right after the big, “Thank you” screen.

Right after you place your order.

Literally, within seconds."

well, okay then, I guess I'll go by the time I already was aware of, prompting me to ask why I see people on forums ordering after me receiving their items of the same configuration.

Response:
"From the order information I have available, no ones order, for that specific configuration, has gone out before yours. The reason why is because orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received."

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Of course, what else did I really expect to happen, oh, wait, I wanted my exact order time, not the time I received the email, yeaa, that's right...

They continue to say they are shipping out in order but it's apparent they are not.

Each country must have its own queue with pre-allocated watches. Or something. Or they use a magic 8 ball.

Even still @ 17 after the hour, there are UKers here w/ 38 SG orders between :06 and :17 with no ship date yet. Doesn't really add up anyway you do the math other than to conclude Apple isn't shipping in order or it was a lucky anomaly. No way to logically account for an order made that late shipping so soon.

I received my confirmation email at xx:08:08 PST for May 13-27 delivery, however, I contacted Apple to verify what time my order was actually placed, and they told me that their system has me logged as placing my order at 8:02am PST. I have no idea how there can be such a delay, and whether my place in the queue is represented by the confirmation email time, or what time Apple has the order logged in their systems.

My email indicates the May 13 shipping date, and I think that this model had already slipped to June shipping by 8am, so I'm really hoping that I'm at the front end of the list. It's possible that many of us who have somewhat early confirmation times but have seen no movement are in the same boat.

Yes, exactly the same issue for me. (In France, SG 38mm BSB). According to the confirmation email my order went through at 09:17 French time, but when I emailed Apple to ask what time was registered in their system, they said 11:23!!!!!??!!! Hoping that's just a bug as that would put me waaaaaay further back in the queue. (May 12-26 delivery date from the outset, hasn't changed).

I wrote back to Apple about the above problem, and just heard back from them: they apologised and said they had made a mistake with the time, not taking into account the time difference. So I am back to being officially 9:17, not 11:23 - phew! :)

Card just charged!

My Amex card was finally charged 10 minutes ago!!:) Nothing has changed in my order status in the Apple Store, but hopefully this means that something is moving!!
(38mm SG BSB, ordered at XX:17 in Paris, France, May 12-26 delivery slot given).

Woke up this morning with a charge that happened around ~4:30 AM EST. Still processing on order status page. xx:06:40 order. Hoping to get it by Monday!
