No. Official word is "tremendous demand." Clearly Apple was able to sell 1M of our 38 gray in the first nano-seconds of ordering going live leaving us ordering a minute later SOL. 😀. Perish the thought Apple never made many for 4/24 delivery.

I live in Boston, but am staying in CT this week with my parents since my wife and son are on April vaca and both of our parents live here. Knowing I would be in CT when the watch is released I had it shipped to my parents house. Received the email of death last night and when leaving my parents house for my in-laws, casually mentioned that we may be back on Saturday if my watch is shipped. My father said he received a UPS My Choice notification that a two pound package is being shipped from Ontario, CA and will be delivered tomorrow. Still no update on the order page, so I'm hoping this is the watch.

That's a wrap for us. Well at least there won't be many Space Grey's on the streets this weekend.

Makes those of us who will get it next week more proud of it xD
 
Im just going to grab a cheap eBay silver sport one and then sell my space gray for the same 500-529 when it comes in and is still in high demand.

I don't care that much about color, just a shame Apple screwed us so badly on one specific model. How can you have an issue making rubber bands?? That's absurd, and painting something grey doesn't sound difficult either. They just knew there weren't too many of us 38mm space grays so they decided to screw us because we have the smallest combined voice. Period.
 
There must be some sort of class action suit for false advertising if Apple knew of the delay with a single model and still advertised the same date as other models.

The 42mm SG people are getting charged and being given shipping notices. We are next.

38mm. Not so much.

I ordered a 38mm SG sport with black band at 3:02AM EST. May 13-27 shipping window.

Still processing. No email of death, no charge on credit card, no UPS email...no nothing...

They were May 13-27 already at 12:02 Apple Spaceship Time? I don't think I realized that.
 
I wouldn't take anything as a good sign. I haven't seen a single 38mm SG sport move from processing items to anything in the USA. I hope I am wrong but not looking good.
 
It's pretty worrying considering only an handful of people actually have their 38mm Space Greys preparing to ship. Apple have clearly messed up here.

Ah sorry, I'm speaking from the UK perspective. Forgot to say... the situation is pretty similar over here not many of us UK lot have any status change on our orders for the 38mm SG!

Go back one page. Some guy from Boston said his is still processing but he just got notification of ups package being delivered tomorrow with a weight of 2lbs. I see it as of now that us 38ers might not see anything
