XX:08 order confirmation time
CC charged ~3:00am this morning
Switched to PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT!
Shipping to West Virginia
 
I'm glad you guys are finally seeing some movement. :) Enjoy your watches when you get them this week; the SS with Milanese is really beautiful.
 
As someone with a :10 confirmation time, I feel hopeful that I could be getting it by Wednesday. PLEASE!
 
this is what is so frustrating to me. Why am I still processing at :07 when :08 people are processed and preparing for shipment.

Don't worry, I'm in your shoes too. :07 and still processing as well (SF Bay Area). Maybe they are processing them in batches for a range of order times. If that's the case, we'd definitely be in this batch.

I'm hoping there was like a TON of orders within the first 30 min, and then after that, just a 'few', if you know what I mean. I'm shooting for late this week, and more likely next week. This is all before my estimate, however. We'll see.

I had to change the delivery address to my work address so I know someone will be able to sign for it. I'm hoping I get shipment info today but if not I wouldn't be surprised. I have learned to hate the word "processing" :rolleyes:

That is what I am banking on! I overslept by close to 3 hours. Ugh!

Take this with a grain of salt, but I've seen reports of people talking to Apple employees saying that the confirmation time on the e-mail doesn't necessarily match the time the order went into the sales processing database. They could be skewed by factors including how fast your CC bank authorizes the hold, how long the transaction queue in the database is, etc.... Try to stay positive and sane. I know it's hard when the only communication from Apple you get is "processing items" :confused:

Thanks for sharing, helps explain it! Either way, I'm expecting a change in order status either later today or early tomorrow.

I'm in the :07 SF Bay Area clan too. Still no movement. I assume Tim Cook is delivering ours in person. :)

What if I were to offer you $200 for swapping with my 42mm Milanese (also in San Diego) which is set to arrive in a couple weeks?

I already know what your answer will be, just had to ask. ;) Good to know somebody is getting it.
