From looking at the other threads, today seems like a big shipping day. They have been charging cards all over the place today. Mine was charged at 2:06am and is coming tomorrow.

I guess I have a long way to go then as I'm in the xx:10 boat. If they're only working on the :06 through :08 batches, I'm looking at some movement around week's end...
The lag issues are not that bad... I ordered a sport model to play with (while waiting on my SS MIL and it was slow when I first set it up. Very laggy, etc. but I found out it was still synching. When it was done, I restarted it and its bee working great since. There is still some lag with some apps, but not nearly as bad as some of the people are quoting...at least that's not my experience.
Believe me, you will want to keep it. It's a great "watch" and the extra featuresa are gravy.

Thanks for the info! So once the initial sync is done, is there any further lag when the Watch App need to do another sync with the iPhone?
I.e weather need to sync periodically to update the data, email need to sync to notify of new email, etc.
There's been some talk about the Apple timestamp being what matters; per chat with CSR:

So from a Chat with Apple Store customer service, my order was apparently received at on April 10th at 12:07:52 AM, when I could have sworn I was a xx:06'er. Yahoo Mail must have their timestamp wrong. In that case, I don't feel so bad being still in processing.

WTF? I was just in a chat with Apple CSR and they said my order was processed at 7:47 on 4/10 when my email confirmation is 12:07 am
Ooh.. I am in the Bay Area and my email confirmation is 12:08.
