WTF? I was just in a chat with Apple CSR and they said my order was processed at 7:47 on 4/10 when my email confirmation is 12:07 am

Might want to double check what they told you. When I asked the CSR they said the following: "Time stamp is 00.07:42" - because of that format, it is entirely possible that they misread/misreported (or maybe you did). Worth double checking.. not that it would change anything. ;)

well this might explain my problem, my email confirm was 3:07 but apple is telling me they didn't get my order until 4:14 am.:mad::mad:

I agree with a previous poster ... they probably told you minutes and seconds, not hours and minutes.

I guess I have a long way to go then as I'm in the xx:10 boat. If they're only working on the :06 through :08 batches, I'm looking at some movement around week's end... :(

If that makes you feel any better, I have another order for which I have a 12:10 confirmation mail (42 mm sport space gray) with delivery date in the 5/13 batch.

It doesn't really bode well that the company selling watches, cannot seem to handle time management.

Ordered XX:07

Well, let's make this 3 NorCal complainers in a row in the xx:07-:08 range. Tomorrow is another day. With all the movement today with the xx:05-:06 folks, it really does seem like we must be next in line!

Order received 12:07:52 am PST
4/24-5/8 delivery
SF Bay Area
EOD: Yes
Processing, no CC hold or charges

What if I were to offer you $200 for swapping with my 42mm Milanese (also in San Diego) which is set to arrive in a couple weeks?

I already know what your answer will be, just had to ask. ;) Good to know somebody is getting it.

Wow, that is really tempting but you are right. I have to say no. I'm a huge Apple nerd and cannot wait. Watch is coming tomorrow morning

I was really hoping for some movement overnight on my order (XX:07) since there was plenty of movement yesterday, and I woke up to nothing. Really starting to lose all of the excitement that I had over the watch.

Can't quite understand the execution of these orders.
My order went through within 2 mins on 4/10 but still ended up with a
:08 confirmation email.
Now there has been no activity on the order at all.
Still in processing hell.

Joining the hurry up and wait list...

Order Conf. is stamped 02:10 CDT... in "Processing" yet.

I am fairly irked by this launch. Woke up in the middle of the night to purchase so I could have on Launch Day, even talked myself into a model $300 more because it was my birthday (4/25).

Now I am leaving the country for a week on Saturday and am doubting I will have a watch by then.... Very disappointed in the launch Apple. This is something I might expect from a smaller company, Certainly not one that has close to $200 Billion in Cash!

They way I see it it was a failed launch exacerbated by ******* communication.. Just wish the media would report about the 78% of the people still waiting for a watch, not the 22% that actually have one!

Couldn't agree more. Well said.

Don't give up hope!! There was a lot of movement yesterday. I'm sure we'll see a lot today too.

I thought Friday, I would see movement.... WRONG. I didn't really expect anything over the weekend so I didn't set myself up for disappointment there. Then I read where many orders that are right on top of my time saw movement in the early US AM on Monday so I thought surely I would see movement yesterday... WRONG. I am not holding my breath for anything today. I know Apple has A TON of watches to ship and I am trying not to hold a grudge but the closer I get to a week after launch, the less I really care anymore. I woke up at 2 am to order the watch and I was on the fence between the space gray and SS. I decided on SS after the SG moved to 4-6 weeks. I ordered the model I did because I thought I would get it on launch. I know it says 4-24 - 5-8 and Apple has time to deliver on that but if nothing happens by today I just don't care anymore.

i am kind of feeling the same. I was almost tempted to just cancel and say forget about it. My excitement is kinda dead and I'm obviously OK without it. This whole launch has just been a horrible experience and a major guessing game with no real answers.

I agree that this launch is totally botched and has no rhyme or reason when it comes to who gets what and who is still waiting. I'm in the perpetual processing group myself (xx:10 confirmation). We've waited this long so cancelling our orders isn't the answer. I'm extremely aggrivated and disappointed myself with the lack of transparency by :apple: not so much by the fact that I do not have my watch yet. It's the not knowing when within the 4/24-5/8 window to expect my watch. If :apple: were more transparent and gave us more info than the dreaded EOD last Thursday night, which in itself was completely useless and aggrivated us even more, than I think we'd be more accepting of the longer wait for our :apple: watches. Just my two cents for what it's worth...

Hoping we all hear good news on shipping soon as I can't take much more of not knowing anything...

I believe yours is the first confirmed :10 SS Milanese I've seen shipped. Great news. Have fun.
