Lot of good ideas and wishes for the new 4th generation iPod Touch here.
Besides finding out if Apple will actually deliver any of this to the new iPod Touch, i'm interested in understanding what Apple's product strategy for handheld touch devices will be now that the iPad is launched as well.
There is a lot of cross-over between both the touch, the iPhone, and the iPad, so Apple will need to do a balancing act to ensure that they keep their shareholders happy by driving efficiencies and increased sales from all products.
Could the Touch end up being the odd one out, not getting any significant upgrades (camera etc) and instead a lower price point? Any thoughts?
I think the ipod touch was already the odd one out last update...now with the iphone update this year and iPad launch I don't know what would they do to make it better, probably add a camera? maybe just make it cheaper and add memory....with a camera everyone would want the ipod touch again but would demand it for the Ipad -who was crippled since the beginning- so they would add it next year and everyone would love the Ipad again...it's sort of a macabre act that
