In store, I meant for online orders.

No...If you buy it full price, they won't even ask for account information. You should be completely fine.
Last year I bought the iphone 6 T-Mobile in the pre order and arrived with a chip t-mobile and come unlocked for my chip the Brazilian operator.No...
This would be a SIM free model that they wont offer on launch day. Do right now to Apple.com and select a Verizon Iphone 6 at full price. The next screen the prompts you to add a line or add to your account.
Edit... The site does allow the Tmobile 6 to be purchased without account information.
that unlocked that attendant said apple is to buy on the site or on launch day? Here is what Apple Support said; you think this is incorrect, @ricktat?
David: If you buy an unlocked iPhone 6S no sir you should not have to put in that information [your wireless account information] however your carrier should be able to provide you with better information on that.
Me: And will unlocked iPhones be available for sale at launch?
David: Yes sir they will be.
There should be pay in full button
When I bought my iphone 6 in the pre sale last year, the attendants Apple reported that the model of T-Mobile would not be unlocked and when he arrived at my house tested with a Brazilian carrier and it worked normal.I used the Apple Chat a little while ago, and asked about what account information if any, would be needed in order to pre-order an iPhone 6s using the 'Full Price' payment option. I was told that even though I wanted to pre-order and purchase it at full price, account information would still be needed. I asked the reason, and was told it was because they don't have unlocked versions available yet. So what Mattopotamus is saying seems to be on point.
The account information that I was told would be needed, was the account number, in my case Verizon, and the last 4 digits of the account holders social. I assume this is just to verify that the phone would be going to an actual customer since the unlocked versions aren't available. I also asked if it was okay to use a different credit card and shipping/billing address (mine) than is used for the wireless account payments, and was told that this would be okay as long as I had the needed account information.
Do a test on the Iphone 6 now. That's what I did. I have a shipping address issue with AT&T and Apple requires even a paid in full device on AT&T to be shipped to the account address. In my case this is a PO box and AT&T says my physical address doesn't exist. So if i wanted a "Pay In Full" AT&T model, i just have to enter in my account info, and it won't affect my no Contract plan correct?
I thought Uncle Timmy or one of his cuzzin's insinuated ALL the iPhones will have ALL the bands.
That's for the 6, which has dedicated models for certain carriers, this will most likely be different.No...

Greetings and a very warm welcome. My name is Marlene and I’d be happy to assist you with iPhone 6s details.
Did you have any specific questions for me today?
I am looking to buy an iPhone 6s.. I currently have an unlocked phone and i use Tmobile. Will I be able to order an UNLOCKED phone on launch day?
Great question. You will be able to purchase your iPhone at a full prize with T-Mobile and that way you will not be locked on a contract for 2 years.
You will just need to obtain a Nano Sim to be able to use your iPhone 6s.
so basically the full price iPhone will be sim free model which I can use with any sim - even if I travel abroad and use a local network there?
It will not be SIM-Free but you have to select a SIM you want with your iPhone before you can checkout. You can however remove the T-Mobile SIM and put in another SIM to use another network on your iPhone 6s. That is the only network that allows you that.
The unlocked version of iPhone 6s Plus will not be available from the Apple
Online Store or in Apple Retail Stores in the U.S. at launch.
ok, so if I order a Tmobile phone, I get a nano sim and I can tag it to my current Tmobile phone number while I'm in the US and then pop out the sim card when I travel abroad?
That is right. Just be sure to let T-Mobile know and they will give you details on any terms and conditions.
The iPhone Upgrade Program gives you an easier way to get a new iPhone every year, and the security and protection of AppleCare+. You’re even free to choose the carrier and rate plan that work for you from AT&T or T-Mobile or Verizon or Sprint.
After 12 installments + 0% interest, you can get a new iPhone and start a new iPhone Upgrade Program. No more waiting for your carrier contract to end. Just trade in your current iPhone for a new one, and your new program begins.
And the monthly price equals the cost of your iPhone 6s/iPhone 6s Plus +AppleCare+ divided into 24 payments.
Hello everyone.
This will hopefully be my first time pre-ordering directly through the Apple website and I just had a couple quick questions.
I'm on a VZW share plan, no upgrade available, but I was planning on purchasing at full price anyways. I am not the account owner, but I could get the required information needed, if any. I noticed the little section about "Get Ready for Pre-order", entered the required information and all it said was that there was no upgrade available yet, which I knew, and listed pricing options. Being that I was planning on purchasing at full price, is there any Verizon account information at all that I would need in order to complete the pre-order/purchase? So far, going through the model/color/storage/full price options leads all the way to the 'select' button, but obviously it's not live yet. For those who have done this before, is there anything else needed beyond this page besides credit card/shipping info? I would rather not have to bother my parents for the account information if possible, and also would like to avoid having to deal with VZW at all.
Second question is, is there a duration to these pre-orders, or does it keep going until the release date of 9/25?
Thank you!!
Why are people acting as if we weren't able to pre order Verizon phones on Apple's website for full retail last year? That's exactly what I did.. This is nothing new.
I tried the "Get ready for pre-order" on the iPhone App itself. Typed in my information and it only shows me subsidized pricing on the App ( I do have an upgrade available) I've purchased my last few iPhones outright to keep my Vzw ULD) It doesn't show me "Full Price" option.
But when I tried it on the my Macbook web it shows "Contract Free" full price option. What gives?? Will this work on the APP when it comes to Saturday Morning?
I guess I will use the website and not the app, just in case! In the past though, I think the app has been a faster way to do it.

Yes.so if i have cricket, will i be able to buy unlocked verizon version during preorder?
