I got my phone today! 64 GB Gold from AT&T ordered at 12:05 am. FYI for all, once the phone gets to Korea it moves very quickly and you should have it the next day barring missed connections, even if you are on the West coast.
Called three times and still no free stuff except the free expedited shipping
Gonna call tomorrow again since thats the last 7-10 day estimate. If still nothing, Ill say I want to purchase a case with my order, and hopefully they will get the hint.

It took me 4 times but I only called the last time to get any info and complain about the terrible experience I'd had. I said I was really upset about being treated the way I was from such a nice company (well nice to me). I asked if there was anything he could do. Chris (the rep) put us on hold for a minute or so then he came back and gave me the choice of an accessory. Didn't wana seem too picky so I just said a case
Now I want my **** to get here so I ca play with it.

My order is almost at Louisville, Kentucky. I have a scheduled delivery for Thursday but I'm hoping that it will come tomorrow since there is a plane going from Louisville to LAX in the middle of the night...
I feel bad for everyone whose orders are still processing though. I would be going nuts right now. As for those who are still in the "Preparing for Shipment" phase, I noticed Apple/UPS always updates in the middle of the night (i.e. 3-5AM PST) so maybe check around then and hopefully you guys get some good news. My order took like 30+ hours for it to move to "Shipped" if it's any consolation.

According to UPS mine is still in Incheon (which I guess for me it means that the phone moves at a speed of an inch per eon through this airport) since 8:21pm Oct. 1st their time. I think there was a UPS64 flight that just left Incheon at around 1:30pm Oct. 2nd Korea time but it looks like my phone is not there. Either that or UPS hasn't updated progress for a while. Oh, well, next UPS flight is in about six hours UPS99. Let's see. I'll check in the morning. Scheduled delivery is for Friday, so there is still enough time to meet or exceed that ETA.

Had to change shipping address (can't Xfer old unlimited plan so trapped with parents forever) and took over 2 hours to even get through on the phone when the phone launched. I'll count calls completed to apple, not the 10 dialing attempts on launch night.
Call #1 got the address changed. Pretty easy. Showed up immediately online.
Call #2 I had to confirm the charges with VISA Fraud (my bank is aggressive about this and I hatelove them for it), and then called Apple to confirm I was right about the charges. The shipping refund happened as a gift.
Call #3 was for me to "check up" on the status of the order. I asked for the case pretty bluntly as a compensation for my hours of time to get through in the first place. She said no at first. She quickly checked with her manager. 90 seconds later, she came back "brown is the case you wanted, right?"
Calls #4-5 tried to change my billing to two cards and both did not succeed. Both changes never came up on my account and were only loaded into notes on the order. They said to wait 24h for item to change.
Call #6 (today) -- change had not occurred for billing and I called back in. She managed to fix it and it instantly appeared on my order online. She apologized and said its a bit tricky and there are a lot of new people on the team.
Have had iPhones since day 1 of iPhone original launch
To say I'm excited for a big upgrade is an understatement.

Woo. Mine is finally shipped! Ordered a 32GB AT&T Gold. Going by my email confirmation, order place at 12:10 PST. Now, I only wish the UPS tracking would show an ETA.
Finally shipped ordered 2:09am launch day gold aTT 16gb. Happy but going out of town until Monday i wonder if i should chance it and change the address to where im traveling... I dont have an ETA so idk what to do.
Pretty much, but now its in Kitchener.
I am not sure if anyone will be home to sign for it, hope it goes to a store for the night where I can go get it rather than another delivery the next day when no one will be home again.

The thing was supposed to arrive today.. I just checked tracking it was scanned at my home city.. but yet it says "Adverse weather conditions might cause delay"
It was scanned at 3am at my home city, but then somehow it shows 2:30am it was scanned in Quebec City.. Which is about 7-8hours away from me..
It's sunny and clear outside, unbelievable weather for October how nice it is actually..
let's see what happens..

Finally received shipping email this morning - 32GB Gold AT&T, ordered at 12:07 AM on 9/20.
I was all excited then I pulled it up and the delivery date isn't until next Tuesday, October 8th.
This has been, by far, the worst ordering experience I've ever had with Apple.

Same situation. Scans look the same as others yet last one is at 8:21 in Korea. Nothing since. Hopefully they just haven't updated my tracking and suddenly it will appear.
