7-10 business days (October 7 - 11 Delivery) group

You guys are complaining you got yours shipped and not delivered, but some of us are still in the damn PROCESSING STAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


If you ordered on the 20th, when would 7-10 business days be up? If you count saturday thats today, if not it would be friday.

Is there something wrong with you guys who aren't seeing that orders are changing and packages are moving on a daily basis. What part of they are working through the holiday so it doesn't matter don't you get?

Dude I get the website says that. I'm just letting you know they're obviously working through the holidays. Apple knows it, most of us here know it. How are you not seeing this?

Tomorrow. Yesterday was day 8, today is 9 tomorrow is 10. It'll all get shipped when it gets shipped. I'm still processing too

Dude I get the website says that. I'm just letting you know they're obviously working through the holidays. Apple knows it, most of us here know it. How are you not seeing this?

What I mean is there aren't any new shipped packages. They wouldn't just post that their closed on the holiday to blow smoke. It's because OMG they're closed on a holiday! Go figure! Regardless, it will get here so at the same time why does it matter?

By the way there's nothing wrong with me. Thanks though.:D
 
Some of you are complaining that it has shipped and hasn't moved or you're Preparing for Shipment. AT LEAST it has shipped! I am still in processing hell just because I had to have a gold iPhone. Wish I could cancel but there are no unlocked phones where I live.

And bitch lol. They've already given me next day shipping and a case, if it doesn't ship tomorrow then they'll just have to compensate further. It's not our problem if they can't get their stuff to us by the time they said.
 
I ordered four 5S that night (within few minutes apart). Space Gray shipped within few days and got here on 9/25. Of the three Gold, two of them shipped out this morning and one is still in the "Processing" status.
 
32gb AT&T gold 5s delivered this morning at 9:45am!! It was in Korea last night and I'm amazed it traveled that far in ONE day! So excited to open it! I ordered via App Store at 3:06am. Good luck everyone!!

I am porting number over (which never goes the way it should) to a new carrier. Then I have to have the box to Gazelle with the old phone postmarked by the 15th. So yeah, the sooner the better.... :)

Actually there are new packages shipping lol. The only reason I'm correcting your statement is so others in the forum waiting don't panic about a holiday that is meaningless to their order.

There's reasons why UPS has flights on the 1st and 3rd lol.

Sadly it's not really their fault either. It's UPS.
 
It's not gonna affect it anyways though. So I don't really understand why they'd say closed or not in service. So they're not in service but they're shipping....strange ups

At least you have a shipping date to leverage your "bitching".

As of now I can't really bitch, because of that "October" date. According to what the latest Apple representative told me, they still know nothing whatsoever in terms of shipping dates. His tone implied that essentially "because you have the October date, Apple is not accountable for late shipment. When we gave you the October date, it is our right (whether morally correct or not) to exercise every day of that month".

Of course I'm not happy with it, but there isn't much else I can do.

Advice anyone (at least on how to "bitch" at them)?

It is their problem, I get that ups is delivering BUT it is Apples problem. I for sure wouldn't call UPS first. I'd only escalate it to UPS if I got nothing from apple.

They're probably just shipping iPhone's and not dealing with other packages. Just like Foxconn is open through the holiday with limited staff, so probably is UPS internationally for these orders.
 
Some may see a plane. I see phones that belong to several on this thread.

Yep, but I chose to keep my order based on the dates given as did you so I'm sorry but there isn't a lot of room for complaints. I admit it is a lot better than hunting one down in stores. I don't expect it to arrive early but I I'd expect it to arrive on time. And if it doesn't, damn straight ill bitch.

As for you, as soon as you get a date range, call and just give Em hell

Well I called the 4th time, and after chatting a bit, I just asked if I can get a free case, She said it was not delayed so no, then I said people on MacRumors got free cases, put me on hold, came back and said they don't affiliate with Macrumors?! Im guessing I am not going to be able to get a free case :-(

I think it just depends on the rep you get and how sympathetic they are for you. I didn't ask for anything, and I was able to get one.
