7+ Jet Black (128/256) Date Change Thread

I hope you didn't give half these people false hope. Didn't you see what they did after an unreliable UPS estimate?

The front looks the same as the iPhone 6 with the same case. I also bought a clear case for the iPhone 7+ but I don't like it. I think it shows the dust and dirt too well...

I hope Apple didn't give me false hope either but I just wanted people to know that there is a better possibility of getting it tomorrow. Even if it does come Monday, it's way ahead of the scheduled 10/4 - 10/10

Thanks for sharing the clear case pic... I'm sure it looks different in person, but in the pic it looks awesome in the clear case. Is that a Spigen?

One other question: Is the JB as bad with fingerprints as everyone is saying? When people tweet these photos of it completely caked in fingerprints, I have to wonder if they're getting their hands all greasy intentionally and then pressing really hard all over it to make it look that bad, or if it really gets covered in noticeable prints just from regular use.

It's weird like I want to believe this but at the same time how does Apple know more than UPS or have more information?

For what it's worth, I'm in the same situation and chatted with Apple Support yesterday and was also told a 9/23 delivery date by Apple. This jives with what you're saying, because on UPS tracking it gives delivery date unavailable - so unless she pulled 9/23 out of thin air, perhaps they do have more info at Apple than we can see...

Maybe I should give the clear case another chance, but I really prefer the black silicon apple case. I haven't used the phone out of a case for more than a few minutes, but from what I can tell the fingerprint issue is overblown. That being said, if you do not use a case you will likely see lots of fingerprints from day to day use.

Doubt that will happen...unless UPS requested 64A to arrive in Incheon so they can offload the rest of the shipments on that plane and send it back to the states for delivery tomorrow.

Anybody has any updates or received shipping info for orders through Apple for T-mobile Jet Black 7 + 128 GB?

There wouldn't be enough time to get it to the Kentucky hub unfortunately, unless they plan on Saturday delivery for that batch.
