View attachment 657245 So people on this plane with me, are you still thinking Friday or Monday?

Im gonna assume you wont get yours until Tuesday most likely. Theres a whole wave of people before yours, and considering their planes are full, I wouldnt doubt them pushing it back even further. Mines been in Korea for well over 30 hours with a orig date being Wed , then Thurs, and now no date at all. :/

Looks like those stuck in Incheon 9/21 8:01pm have encouraging news.

Someone reported no scans between their 9/20 Incheon 7:50pm scan and KY scan. They got delivered today. I am hopefully for a delivery tomorrow.

Link?

Except we can trace UPS 99 on 9/21, which went from Incheon to Anchorage and on to KY. The fact that this flight appears to be completely off the radar today (and there are no other UPS flights doing that route today) means that it is unlikely that those phones moved anywhere today, unless they put them onto other carriers.

Now, more interestingly, there seems to be only 1 UPS flight tomorrow (9/23) from INC to ANC, operating as UPS 6099. Typically, I've only seen the "6XXX" designation for repositioning flights, which are done when an aircraft has gone technical (meaning, it doesn't fly it's scheduled route) and is out of place. The fact that they don't have TWO flights going tomorrow (6099 and 99) may mean that they are short a plane, or they are using a 3rd party to move their stuff.

Either way, I guess we'll have to sit tight and see what happens in Kentucky overnight, as that is the only consistent and actually reliable data point in this whole process.

Could be true based on this Twitter reply from UPSHelp:

Here's hoping for an on-time delivery for those of us in the last updated at

You uhh, got a source there for that?

I took a few more of the clear case in case you are interested. Here's the link to purchase on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KU36SES/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I appreciate the pics! Believe it or not, it's really hard to find photos of the ip7(+) in JB inside a clear case. Most manufacturer sites only show renders not real photos. Again, not seeing it in person so maybe I'm not getting the full picture but I think it looks gorgeous in that clear case!

Great find and encouraging news

Thanks for sharing... hopefully it's encouraging news. As a couple of us mentioned, Apple Support has told us 9/23 delivery date even though the UPS tracking shows delivery date unavailable and even though 9/23 appears nowhere online. So here's hoping that's in fact true and we get our phones tomorrow!

Apparently this is Apples fault.
"We have a contractual agreement with some shippers, which limits the amount of packages that can be handed over to UPS on any given day, when this amount is exceeded, as in this case, the packages may experience delays. We need first to complete those packages that were given to us in previous days before we can export those that were recently shipped. My best advise is to keep on tracking the package on ups.com for further updates."

Apple didn't either increase the contract load with UPS or use multiple carriers to avoid this.

I called 1-800-PICKUPS and did the automated tracking and it says delivery set for tomorrow. (Online it shows unavailable date). Not sure what to believe anymore since it was originally supposed to be here on Wednesday

The case is good I've just never preferred clear cases. I'm sure you'll love it. It's pretty high quality for being $10.

The people who dont have the mechanical failure issue are the 8:01 ones. Looking at this thread and the apple thread, everyone BUT the 8:01 people are getting that issue. Makes me wonder if we already made it out of Korea.

I would just find that incredibly odd that absolutely NONE of those with that initial routing would have had a subsequent scan by now if we somehow made it somewhere else!

8:01 group // I don't think we are getting our phones until Monday... Seems like everything is screwed up at ups... At least mine is shipped these delays will only cause orders that are behind us or orders still in processing to be delayed even more
