iPad Pro 9.7" iPad Pro UK Pre-Order Thread ...

Being fair it seemed a rather downplayed announcement compared to previous announcements.

We shall have to wait and see what the next iPhone announcement brings.

I agree! I watched the iPad Air 2 announcement yesterday and it definitely was more energetic than the Pro.

Was a bigger location and all that but I agree that this is a very quiet launch for an iPad. Almost non Apple like. Hope hype picks up closer to delivery on the 31st.

Been back on this evening and was able to cancel my original order and re order a space grey one which was the colour I wanted with a closer delivery date to arrive, by the 8th April

My pencil has already been dispatched but won't be delivered until next Tuesday because of the Easter holidays, isn't an issue of course because it'll be useless until Thursday! :D my 32GB iPad Pro is 'waiting for dispatch' too!

lol i did the same thing, ordered the Pencil separately and now going to have to just look at it for two days until the iPad arrives
 
Decided to pick up in store on launch day as I'm moving on the 30th. I miss the constant tracking page refreshing :( Anyone else buying on launch day?

Relax! you'll be able to walk into any store any pick one of these up on launch day.

Agree - I think there will be plenty of stock, so long as you reasonably flexible about colour/size combo.

I predict however that keyboard availability will be a little more constrained.
 
Looks like my keyboard will arrive Tuesday if tracking is accurate, two days before the iPad! I can practice folding it in the various position I suppose, never did quite get to grips with when I had a 12.9" iPad briefly.

I have ordered a pencil, case and Smart Keyboard - delivery date of 1st April.
Planning to do an in store pick up for a 256GB cellular in Silver. Quite annoying that i can't do a reserve for pick up though. Hopefully they will have what I want in stock next week
 
DPD tried to deliver my Pencil today but I was at work and no-one was at home so I've scheduled it for Tuesday delivery instead! Anyone know which courier they might use for the iPad? Is it always DPD?
 
Ordered the 256 Space Grey Wifi-Cellular. Got £190 from Mazuma for my Air.

I do wish Apple would bring back the leather Smart Case though. I much prefer all leather than silicone case with leather cover.

Recent launch(s) like for the Apple Watch, they used UK Mail. I know they used to use UPS a few years ago but I have no idea if they use DPD or not.
 
Apple typically avoids delivery companies that use self-employed drivers and only uses companies that own their vans and employ their drivers, that's UPS, UKMail and TNT. Adding DPD is good though, I like getting 1hr slots.

It's the Adobe Photoshop Fix app.

Haven't pre-ordered yet but am going to consider the 32GB WiFi + Cellular Rose Gold variant. Fancy a change from Space Grey!

My Apple Watch was delivered by UPS, also may vary by your location as every time I've ordered from Apple, it's always UPS

I think UK Mail have started doing 1Hr slots too.

DPD delivered my pencil and cases today at work. I won't get to see them until Tuesday when I'm back in.

DPD have brought all of my recent Apple purchases, so I'm expecting them to bring the iPad as well ;)

OH! mine is showing as Dispatched!!!
But delivery is expected 4th Apr to 5th Apr :(
Ah - but when i click through to the UPS Tracking, it says Est delivery is 29th Mar :)
