We will not negotiate, however. The assignment, should you take it, is to infiltrate the home of Mr. Crowley in the countryside of the Republic of Ireland. Mr. Crowley has recently out-bid us on a particular painting known as the Ugly Duchess that we particularly desire. A photo of the painting is attached to this letter. All we ask is that you extract the paining and deliver it to us in the designated location. No more, no less.

Not sure how much you gathered from the thread tbh. In short: Agent Mo24 scanned DP and he came up an agent as well. So not nothing (both not clear) but still more than before. If you cancel the mission we know this plus would receive more plots/roles when going on the next mission. Eventually one role that could even clear Moyank and hence DP which would be huge tbh. To cancel this mission is not a point for the baddies, although you'll know that.

I personally know that there is at least one snitch among Koodauw and his crew so would prefer one were I'm at least part, but that's an aside really.

Not really, just putting you and Moyank in there along with some new faces. Maybe I should go with the vote history though and put in the naysayers? That would make it you, Fenris, WoodNUFC, Moyank (not a naysayer but reading the thread it would be good to put her in again, right?) and twietee.

Hmm... One strategy would be for me to spy on someone whom we feel relatively safe about, a player we think to likely be an agent. I get that vibe from Moyank so far. If he/she is cleared then Astroboy can select them along with DP to give us better odds this turn. Another option is to go after someone we think is suspicious and hopefully catch them as a baddie. Then we know never to put them on a future team.

@Moyank24 I voted "yay", not "nay". Here's the thing, I know some think that "yay" votes are suspicious, but I don't know that I put much stock in that on the first vote. I voted to proceed with the mission because I know I'm an agent and thus a safe vote. I can only assume others would do the same, especially on the first vote where we are trying to get some initial information to work with. Now, obviously, we now know that at least one or more infiltrators were on the initial team. So, what do you all think is the best option for the Spy plot?

Yeah, I'm offended! :mad: I know I'm an agent and a safe player, but I can understand that at this point the only for sure "proven" agent is @Don't panic. That being said, our best chance of putting together a successful mission is to have some overlap with the first mission to improve odds.

@twietee suggested to possibly wait until the team is selected. I can use it any time during this phase which includes the yay and nay voting. It seems people are leaning toward using it so we can have that information to help suggest players for the team. I think that's a solid strategy.

@mscriv, i think moynak just misspoke. all 3 of you voted YAY.

as far as the votes, imo, at the beginning if you are on the team, it makes sense to vote YAY, unless there is a specific reason not to. if you are not on the team, it makes more sense to vote NAY, unless there is a specific reason not to.

your spying does not clear anyone, but it can catch a Infi. so go for the one you think voted Fail (unless it is you, in which case you should spy on yourself ;))

finally, I am not 100% cleared yet, since both moyank and I could be infi and she could be covering for me.
just an hypothetical, I am an Agent. :)
