Alumacase

I've been on the Alumacase website but it doesn't have that much detail about the design - I notice that the bottom third of tha case is separate from the rest.
Is that bottom third easily removable or is it screwed to the other part of the case??

Contacting Alumacase

How do you guys get in contact with them?

I placed my order on 11/10 (#225) and requested to change my order to a different color however I never could get any response from them. I sent emails to sales@alumacase and customerservice@alumacase.

I even tried sending a message via "Contact Us" page only to get a 404 page error

Woohoo!! I got mine today and this case is sick! I can use the power button easy. I love their design, the protection, even the packaging is well thought out. The reception is good on my end.

Got a reply within 10 mins after posting this up! All my request was fulfilled in that one email. A little bumpy in the beginning but awesome service by them throughout.

However my cases will only be shipped on Monday Can't wait to get my hands on them!

that is a very interesting observation. Hmmm. that's why I'm waiting for everyone else to get their cases before I place an order. So far so good in terms of reviews.

To make matters worse... apparently none of them bothered to do an extensive review, or maybe none of them know how. I think all they care about is how pretty it is on their phone. Hopefully someone will post an in-depth look or even a youtube video review would be awesome!
