fake, fake, fake...

and the desktop doesn't even have any icons on it...

probably a high school marketing project...

I guess they don't call this site MacRUMORS for nothing.

the desktop image is not LEOPARD if thats not fake i don't know what is.

MacBook looks like it doesn't have a DVD-drive, unless they kept it at the side.

I hope it does.

I think the point was that Apple, being a US company, would spell the word with the (bastardised) American spelling, rather than the (proper :D) British spelling. However, one of the other images on the page involves welcoming the iPhone to Australia, so IF these images are true (a huge IF) then they are likely designed for the Australian store, in which case the spelling is not a problem.

Ah, gotcha, that makes sense. ;)

Apart from the text being clearly photoshopped over something else it worried me that no one else seems to have noticed that the corners on the lid of the MPB are quite rounded where on the base they are infact much less so. If you closed the lid you would end up with the bottom sticking out from the top by some way.

You'd think Apple would keep the MacBook Air as the only machine without a DVD drive - it would be rather pointless to strip it out of the MacBook as well in my opinion.

I know we all love to speculate and dream, but this type of posting feels like it would be more appropriate on Page 2. Rather than drive up everyone's expectations.

Still have the tiger desktop, eh?

And if that's the macbook, it seems to be getting bigger. At least it won't have the cracking issue...

LOL. These were probably fan mockups from a year or so ago. Apple is pretty good at keeping things a secret, I highly doubt they would leak something like this on a .mac account.

Possible - a price drop to $999 and an external drive... or just greater margins for Apple (if it keeps the same price points).

The iMacs went up in base price.

I'm gonna say this is all real. Everybody did say that the fat nano pics where fake remember. ;):p

Oh and isn't there meant to be a newer Intel chip out around June time. So a case redesign of the MBP isn't entirely wrong. It is long overdue remember.

I think you meant spelled incorrectly.

And Aluminium is clearly an aluminum + titanium alloy. Or is it aluminum + adamantium? Whoa... :D

Um, no, "Aluminium" is indeed a correct spelling of the element in question. It's not a made up alloy or anything else. Did you perhaps incorrectly think that "Aluminum" is the only accepted spelling of the element? If so, consider yourself having learned something today. :D

Is that anything like Liutenant being prounounced "Leftanant"?

You English need to learn to speak American... ;)

it will be interesting come june, thats for sure

it find it odd that the iphone still looks the same. However those are tiny pics so i could be wrong

I'll be surprised if the iphone looks any different. There isn't enough hardware change to require the iphone to be redesigned. If millions can be saved by not redesigning the case, i'm sure they'll opt for that.

I also agree, I really don't want the keyboard on the macbook pros to change. I know they will, but I don't want them to.

I think it's interesting that Apple "accidentally" leaks information like this almost every time.

So what are we at now, 8, 10 times they've done this in the past 10 years?

I hope iTunes 8 has some significant changes. It's showing it's age and I'm bored with it.

The new Montevina platform would make it a great time to redesign the MBP.
