He didn't say anything wrong did he?
Which one am I supposed to tell you if they said something wrong?

Yikes!I used to work in a phone store and the problems the pixel had that people were returning them for was enough for me to stop recommending them.
"Disagree. iOS has more loyal customers. Android has smarter customers that are agnostic to any company or OS."Which one am I supposed to tell you if they said something wrong?
Having to buy a new cheap phone after the one that just broke, it's not loyality but optionless. Most of the people won't buy the cheapest iPhone over a $100 budget phone, plus it's not like there is another operating system wide available.
The reason I stuck with iOS is that Android security updates are a complete cluster. And my iPhone 5s remained useful for nearly 5 years. Try getting that kind of mileage out of an Android..."Disagree. iOS has more loyal customers. Android has smarter customers that are agnostic to any company or OS."

Good for you, unfortunately my iPhone 5 died at iOS 7. What's so wrong about Android's Security Updates? They are monthly pushed via OTA so I don't get your point? My Galaxy S3 from 2012 is also still useful in 2018 and probably does more than your 5s ever willThe reason I stuck with iOS is that Android security updates are a complete cluster. So by your logic you are only smart for if you choose to stick with Apple? He’s pretty wrong about Android users. They’re not smarter just because they chose Android and a huge portion of them have a company of choice and stick with it.
I think this element plays a pretty significant role in this measurement. A huge portion of Android's market share are budget to mid range phones. If one wishes to stay in this price range, not really comparable options in iOS.

That's an issue with the carriers though, not the OEM.Monthly security patches would be better if every phone maker bothered to push them out and every carrier approved them.

So by your point you are only smart for if you choose to stick with Apple?

That I agree, there's choices and people choose what's best for them, but remember there are still smarter choices.Nope.
Your intelligence and your choice of OS aren’t tied at all. You just choose what works for you and what you like. There’s no link between what phone you use and how smart you are.

Need to break it down to you? What the what?
Exactly. I see many android phones where I work. The users are quite happy doing their routine tasks and are completely disinterested in any geek considerations. I think that cost was the initial motivation for starting out and staying with android phones. Android gets the job done and most people really don't care about coming over to ios.Good point. People tend to stick with what they know and are used to. I think it's a lot of the reason why Android buyers continue buying Android, and likewise iPhone buyers continue buying iPhones.
Smarter? I've seen the pain that Android users suffer... but so many look at the selling price of the device, and then "put up" with the confusing, awkward operating system.
Need to break it down to you?
Trashing $1000 for a Phone is clearly not a smarter choice than wasting $200 for a phone that does basically the same thing or more?
