any European members with status ''shipped''?

I just don't understand why Australia and New Zealand already have theirs being delivered along with the US and nothing here in Europe (I am not sure about Canada)..
And they had cards billed and the next day shipping occurred - I want to believe, that ours are somehow on it's way too, just the tracking is less accurate to Europe, so they don't say it maybe,D

11-19 May for accessories, and still processing. But it's not a problem as most of us will get the macbook after :/

Yeah I don't really know what's going on either. Canada have been getting theirs too.

I hope so too but I am starting to think we might actually get our products close to the quoted dates.

Heh. Wishful thinking, I'm afraid. It was down for the whole of yesterday morning (in the UK at least) for maintenance. This is likely just more of the same.

Me too! I've got to stop torturing myself.

I was at an Apple Store earlier, and the greeter at the front of the store confirmed that they had them to sell. That was until he called through on his headset to confirm and he came back saying "still online only". :)

Impossible to say whether they're holding stock back until the online orders start shipping, and I guess that's the conspiracy theorist in me :)
 
I love the way the watch folks received a nice reassuring email to update them about their order (and there was plenty raging about that) while us plebs get nothing, charming! :D

From UK, but living in Asia at the moment and have been tracking this thread since it started. Ordered my Base model in gold about 5hrs after it launched and checking regularly to see if it had shipped. Hassling Apple via chat a few times but they said 8th-14th May was still the delivery date.

Anyway, long story short is it's prepping for shipping so you guys may see some joy soon too. Thought I'd share my news to energise you if you're flagging at all.

I know people love to say it isn't true if I don't show proof, so I've attached a screenshot. Only annoying thing is my adaptor hasn't prepped yet, so god know when I can actually do anything useful like load my backup from my old MacBook Air.

Which address is your delivery adress? UK or Asia?

And what keyboard layout you had choosen?
 
Seems like each country has different internal shipment dates and based off this thread, Europeans are last.

That's always so bad that we as Europeans are not the highest priority.... For Apple the USA has the highest priority but if you see how many Europeans order a new rMB in comparison with the USA it's not that fair that we're getting our rMB at the last round....
 
Can't say I'm surprised that we're last. :p

Looks as though our shipping estimates are bang on and it's pointless even hoping for it to come before that time.

I'm looking at a mid-end of May delivery, so I'm just going to leave off checking for the next 2 weeks and jut put it out of my mind.
It's only annoying me when I come on here and hear of people walking into Best Buy only to walk out with one. :(
 
I want to sympathise but i can't!!!

if a RESELLER from a different country get stock weeks before an OFFICIAL Apple store in a MAJOR launch country like the UK, then not only there's something wrong with the system but the system itself needs to be changed!

HEY APPLE WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH U?! U NEED TO COME OUT AND CONFIRM THE LAUNCH DATE OF THE EUROPEAN MARKET! U SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

JESUS.********.CHRIST.
 
I'm in Asia, with a keyboard that is unique to where I am. So it's not a standard English one, meaning that it isn't the same as any of the countries that already has already shipped.

Could be a sign that Apple are ready to build German, French etc MacBooks too.
 
I just looked on the site from the official Apple resellers iCentre in the Netherlands and on the site they say that they're expecting the new rMB on stock in May..... If that's the case we should get it before they're getting it, but who's Apple if that won't happen

I'm reasonably good at reading and writing, thanks, but I read the post on the mobile version of Macrumors which does not show any title attributed to individual posts.

Apart from that, the spirit of the thread as a whole is to do with whether European deliveries are being shipped.

I knew I should have used a smiley before,) I meant it in a good way. I also didn't see the title at first and was wondering if he meant Asia or Europe, but then I saw the title. It would have been weird if he was the only one having "preparing for shipment" - because there is a lot of people who were very fast to order and are checking all the time the status of the order.. like me (and you, I am sure,)
And now I am totally out of topic already so I will shut up for a while:eek:
