Well, I've just been talking about women. For people who wanna discuss their own willy please go to the egosexual thread :p

I have to admit I laughed when I saw this thread in the usual spot of the "any gays here?" thread...I'm a sucker for parody of any kind, what can I say.

<serious bit>
I don't want to sound disrespectful at all, but there are times when it seems to me that being a straight white male makes me everyone's boogyman; I'm supposed to not be proud of myself because doing so constitutes racism or sexism or some other form of prejudice.

I'll say it here - I'm proud of my whiteness, maleness and straightness, but I don't place a value on them that makes them "better" than any other ethnicity, sexuality etc. etc. I can be proud. I can also be respectful.

This thread is mostly all in good fun, and as long as the MR forum members keep to their generally examplary good behavior I think it's OK. If anyone has a problem or it gets out of hand the then mods will jump in with their usual alacrity I'm sure.

Your 164th post, and this is it?

What does it matter, anyway?

That was hilarious, I laughed at edesignuk's original quip and this one was even funnier.

I don't quite understand what you just said. Do you mean you don't feel heterosexual, but act that way because of religion?

LOL. :D I'll have to remember that response next time I'm arguing with a fundie.

I have a question for you straight folks... What attracts you to women? I find them to be very unattractive. I love the solidity and strength of a man. I think I would be happiest in the arms of a big guy, cuddling me off to a deep sleep. Getting held by a woman would be like... getting suffocated by jello  :D. I find little comfort or security in a woman's embrace.

Au contraire, the softness is the attraction, or one of the many anyway. :)

I like to appreciate good looking women, too. But for me it's all above the neck. I find everything below the neck of a woman to be very scary. Especially supermodels that are superskinny. They scare me to death .

I agree on the supermodels....As a keen student of history, super-skinny supermodels remind me of Andersonville prison during the (American) Civil War or Auschwitz during WWII. Too skinny

I'm a woman I think women are hot. But I still identify as hetero. Given a choice as to which I'd rather oogle all day long-- it'd be women. I like the way women look.

Most women I know agree with you on that, and Ill throw my vote in on that one too.... ;)

That just cracked me up. Not sure why, but it's the funniest thing I've read in a while.

Perhaps I need to alter the dosage on my meds, but, still, thanks.

You know, if I were e, available, in the same area as you, I'd be upset that you didn't consider me a possibility. I mean, the poor guy posts all day long just to get your attention. And the KK thing, well, that's just a smokescreen, I'm sure. ;)

I'm a boy. I think chicks are hot. If this weren't a family-friendly forum, I'd tell you more...

You ought to look at girls, instead. If ur mum found feathers in ur bed, she'd buy u a new pillow. ;)

I'm straight as a ruler, and just as long. :D

I suspect you have more than a few broken rulers.

Didn't I say I was looking for a man? :D :p

Besides, I feel like an auntie to edesignuk considering our age difference. No, I'm afraid I'm in the market for a slightly more vintage model with a few miles under his belt.

Smoking no, drugs in moderation depending on type, alcohol hell yes...

But no, wait a minute, no, wait, no... they're the same person? I think we need to bring back the "who is edesignuk" thread to solve this mystery!
No way they're the same person. He'd be posting like 20 times a day! :p ;) (cuz, you know... they both post a lot).

Oh, and straight. Love the boobies. But hey, my girlfriend's still gay! :D  :(

I find it fascinating that when a straight guy mentions anything about homosexuals, it is almost always qualified with "I'm not gay- not that there is anything wrong with that."
When is said, it is almost always a parady of Seinfeld. I've never actually heard it said when it wasn't.

Hetero woman here too. Not single though, I just celebrated my 5th anniversary.

I enjoy reading the gay thread. I catch up everyday with it. I am rooting for Emerson and Lee to get together :)

Edit: I have been noticing that straight women want a "man" or interested in "men". However, after reading the gay thread, is seems gay men say "boy". You never hear women say they want a boy.

Dear Blue Velvet, I'm sure you deserve the best... but a few miles  I'm afraid you're up for some serious disapointments [drum]dadadumchaaaa[/drum]

I've been told by many people that my Kiwi accent has disappeared and has been replaced by a generic London middle-class one, so no joy there.

And as for the ropes... ;)

Why older men? Right now, I'm genuinely willing to trade in youthful vigour and hotness for broadminded life experience and an easy smile.

And for me -- the lingering fear that I might blow out a gasket keeping up with a younger-model female... (I mean the rollerblading and the bungee jumping, dammit!)

Besides, after 17 years of marriage (anniversary on the weekend :) ) my wife and I still 'fit' together so well. ;)

"Familiarity breeds contentment"

Now, if I were single and had airfare to London... this would be a different kinda story... ;)

I believe e to be a very broad-minded individual.
