Connect to iTunes and restore. You'll get the unlocked message and then restore from back up if you want or set up as new phone.

As per at&t policy for eligibility requirements for unlocking iPhone :

In addition, AT&T will unlock an iPhone for: (i) an active and deployed member of the military who is a current AT&T customer in good standing and is able to provide AT&T with deployment verification; and (ii) a person who purchased the iPhone from an authorized location at the "no commitment" price and can provide proof of purchase.

Just call them and specified them the 2nd part (in bold) but they still would not accept to unlock it. They asked me to find an at&t customer on some forums.
So anyone willing to help me please.
Spent about 30 min in online chat with the rep. They checked the imei on my account and came back with the approval. Received the unlock email within 10 min of the chat. Now need to unlock the phone after work. Cheers AT&T! Thank you.
Please, help me unlock my iphone IMEI 012752002913814. I have already get an ATT account, but ATT customer Care said:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting AT&T Customer Care about unlocking your iPhone. In order to request iPhone unlock, you must first log in to your myAT&T account."
I do not know what to do next.
I did it. I log in my account. Nothing new. I again wrote to ATT.Log in to your AT&T account. That is what you ought to do next!
