I paid $5.88 for a cheapo called "UNICO" on amazon. So cheap, it has disappeared from their stock listings as I wanted to take a screenshot. It fits fine and will hold me over until... well, until Apple releases their leather cases for the iPhone 12 Pro. The simplicity of this cover might grow on me. Only spending 6 bucks already sit well with me.

Just received my Graphite 12 Pro. It seems criminal to cover up this masterpiece of design with the black silicon Apple case. I should have got the clear case. Ordering it now.
Why not get the Caudabee Lucid Clear? Just curious...

I bought the ESR clear case as a temp 12 dollar thing while I wait for the Apple Leather cases to come out. It's a fine clear case. Grippy, but kinda cheap seeming overall. Total fingerprint magnet too, the back is a smudge-tacular mess.

Honestly believe apple has the best clear cases by a huge margin.

I am going with the Power Support Air Jacket.

Here is the totallee on PB and the Apple Silicone. Personally I’m sticking with the Silicone. Also, don’t waste your money on a Totallee Screen protector, it’s not good, I should have known.

Thanks for sharing this. The Totallee was going to be my next buy but it literally looks identical to $5 cases outside of the precision holes at the bottom. I bought a temp case and it is exactly the same as that one with the microdots.

Anybody have any experience with Raptic brand cases? Their clear case looks good and it has a lifetime warranty.

A few reasons:
1) I believe their plastic is more likely to yellow than Apple’s
2) I hate cutouts for the buttons, I prefer buttons on the case because it feels smoother and is more tactile. Apple got this right while Caudabe just did a cut out.
3) I want MagSafe compatibility

#2 is a deal breaker for me. I did not notice the cutouts until you mentioned it.

How does the silicone case feel? Is it a soft rubber type or something a bit more like hard plastic?
It’s kind of both, IMO. There is some flex to it overall, but the edges feel pretty stiff. I didn’t like it; it was very difficult to put on and take off the phone and it caused concerns about scratching.

Anyone got pacific blue with apple clear?

would love to see a photo

IMHO, I would not order it. The back of the case is too slick with no grip. In addition, its buttons are mushy; you have to press hard to activate the volume buttons. Overall very disappointing product. Last con - the bottom of the case has a full cutout; if your phone lands on the bottom, it could scratch it. I’m returning it for a refund.

^^ Thanks do you like it?

I dont think I can deal with the MagSafe back anyways but I Had one for my XR and the feel didn’t bother me that much

Mines going back. It’s a fingerprint magnet, it wobbles, buttons are hard to push, it’s EXTREMELY slippery, and it’s hard to take on and off. I feel like it’s gonna scratch my phone from taking on and off too much. The circle doesn’t bother me but the other stuff all does. I have a blue silicone on the way.

You’re spot on. I just took it off. One of the more difficult cases to remove. The lack of protection on the bottom of the case is worrisome - a complete cutout along the bottom.

i learned how to take it off relatively easy for being tight, on my XR but it would worry me too how much of a death grip it had on the phone scratching the crap out of the polished stainless steel, quickly not even slowly and subtlety.

I think it’d be better suited with the aluminum non pro’s

The "cutout" being referred to on the Apple Clear Case, is it from one side to the other along the bottom?

I haven't seen any pics of that anywhere?
That would sway me from that case also I think...
