Okay, that sounds good, I will give them till around, eh, 1:30 PM EST to ship it, and if by that time they dont, I am going to call. Ya right away I asked to cancel my order knowing they could not do that I also said it was for someones birthday and I needed to get them another gift so they would not be mad that it was late. But the most important thing is stay calm.
Yea, ha ha, I know. I am not really going to blow up at them, I am just mad. I am a very kind person when talking to Reps, cus I know what they go through everyday with beligerent customer, ha ha, my dad would blow up though if it was his. But yea, I think I am gunna call pretty soon here.....
another thing I could do too, is if he doesnt give me any or little credits or sumthin, I cna just ask for expedited shipping, that way, when ever god knows when it ships, I will get it sooner. But holy crap, 150 credits?

I doubt you're going to get $150 like he did... probably a really sympathetic sales rep or something, but at the very least, you should get free shipping.
Try the birthday thing though, see if maybe it will work?
