I just checked the refurbs and sale items.

Looks like they have some more 1.33 GHz 12" iBooks available again for $799.

They also list a 1.5 GHz Superdrive, Scrolling trackpad model 12" PowerBook
for $1299.

I was going to purchase something from Apple before Christmas, so a 5$ discount online was worth it to me. I will get an engraved iPod Nano for Christmas. Oddly, despite being an 'Early Adopter,' I have never owned an iPod with a screen. I listen to a lot of recorded material- both at work and while at home. My father purchased all of our early Apple computers, and the first external hard drive for our //gs (a 40mB LaserSpool!). When he saw that I could carry 4GB in my pocket, he thought that he and my mother would contribute towards my "first" real iPod purchase. He is still amazed that a CD can hold nearly 20 times what our first external HD could.

Dam it- I usually don't shop on black Friday- at least I wasn't at the mall.
