I’m not seeing anything on the app and haven’t received and email. I’m on the upgrade program too. Am I doing something wrong?

Just go to your account settings, there should be item showing you are on upgrade program click that and it will lead you through confirming the phone you are on is in the program, then another screen and you can choose the X and it will lead you through model selection, credit approval and carrier approval.

Done. However this doesn't guarantee the phone on pre-order. Still have to refresh, refresh, refresh! Then do we go to the iPhone program link or right to the iPhone we want?

Agreed this guarantees nothing. but i will say if we knock out these steps, the many others who have to pre order filling out all their info, it def gives us who already did a leg up

Yes it was seems for most of us it worked but a few from comments had snafus of some kind (carrier not responding, other error messages) Hopefully all who want to do this will get it done.

Now for the fun of staying up late or waking up early however you do it and the refresh game til we hit the final button in this app and the journey begins and we can then obsess over our shipping progress and dates ;-) as the next phase

I have T-Mobile and I was able to get it to work. It did that for me at first too. Just keep force quitting the app and try again.

When I click the link in the confirmation email, I see a message that says "Your iPhone 8 preappoval has expired" I didn't select an iPhone 8 (and the info in the confirmation email is iPhone X ___GB, Space Gray). Anyone else see this when thy click on it?

I get that as well. The email correctly lists it as iPhone X.

My pre-approval went through but nothing is in my bag. Do others have an iPhone X showing up in their bag?

I completely closed out the app and started over and I was able to get it to work. Pre-approved!

I am not sure you can "add to bag". Once I completed approval process it said to come back at 12:01 to complete my upgrade.

Force close the app and try again. You are clicking on the iPhone Upgrade program prompt at the top of the screen correct?
