It just might be so, that a company either strives or goes bancrupt. You'll never know beforehand, that's why there are benefits because there are also lots of risks.
Breaking EULA is straightforward stealing. Running a company might be a well, but it is judged by its customers! A lawfully run business is a lawful business. Blame the laws if it's wrong somehow![]()
Setting up a scheme for tax evasion purposes is a felony in most countries, and I suppose it is the same in Finland. Whether you get caught or not is a different thing, but most national revenue services don't go by the 'honour' system. The scheme you described would be illegal, as you use your company for personal expenses. Ie., you don't describe a lawfully run business.
