Other companies would have just issued a press release for so little new to show.

Add the fact they basically leaked everything themselves (something something doubling down...) and you got yourselves a pretty low value event.

Yay, we don't include the same processor or a worse one in our new phones and watches, unlike our Macs that stay the same or LITERALLY GET DOWNGRADES. (remember, the Mac Mini '14 is still the "latest" model)

Wow, ridiculously long presentation about environmentally friendliness only to drag it out so that we forget how expensive it is gonna cost; then hit you up with the real pricing:

$1100 for 64GB 6.5" iPhone. AT 512GB, you're gonna be seeing $1499+. NO, JUST NO. For a phone that powerful that cannot even have an apple dex mode? no thank you.

And to have that fatty greaseball Phil sex up his LCD iPHone XR model, LMAO. I don't know about you but no faster wireless charging announced, not one single new worth feature except for AR gaming.

The saving grace is that mega horsepower A12 SOC. But all that power without any way to fully use it. Will wait for sale.

Is this the first time Apple didn’t have any live demo models to display during the keynote presentation?

The stock photos and promotional videos are all nice, but I’d like to judge what these devices look like in real time.

Lots of people of ambiguous color in the sample photos. And of course they all fit into the 20 something age range that spends the most on these devices and replaces them every year.

The marketing department has come a long way from the all white and blond models of the past.

Hi nyeresting youbsay that. Coloured skin is much easier to distinguish on software than pale skin. There’s ALWAYS method behind the madness...

I don't like the price, I don't like that there's no new features

But we all know people are going to buy these up in no time.

Not sure why anyone needs 512gb although i'm sure a few will chime in. I hardly use half my storage now. Apple has to do more with the max version than make it simply a bigger X. This is pretty disappointing. Maybe next year...

I’m always easily impressed by new tech. This I’d the first iPhone keynote ever that left me disappointed.

Outside of speed/spec bumps, what does the XS offer in new features? Dual sim?

The Max has the large screen which is tempting, but I can’t find a single reason why someone would go from X to XS.

Oh well, I love the new Apple Watch at least.

XS Max 64GB $1,099
XS Max 256GB $1,249
XS Max 512GB $1,449

Applecare+ $199
Applecare+ with Theft and Loss $299

No SE2....ugh. For those of us waiting to upgrade (I have a 4S) and still keep the "classic iPhone" form factor (HP jack and home button) we will have to get the "old" SE. But when they threw up the chart with all the versions going forward the SE was not even listed!!! I hope it is still for sale!!! Yikes:eek:

Thank you Tim, thank you Apple!
You saved me $1100 this year that I can spend on something more useful than upgrading my X to a phone that is 'up to 15%' faster and lasts 0.5h longer' with absolutely nothing else different.

The new camera system is worth the upgrade on its own with its incredibly advanced machine learning technologies.
We have huge storage options now.
Amazing pro-motion displays.
Faster wireless charging.

A no brainer upgrade for me.

LOL..pretty much. Maybe the ipads will be worth looking at it although no OLED which is already disappointing.

*YAWN*

It’s worse than I expected. The iPhone and iOS has peaked. Where’s the AR and AI Apple said they were working on? Apple may as well move the iPhone to the wearables category since all they’re doing these days is making expensive jewelry.

Something tells me the Google Pixel is going to steal the tech headlines next month.
