Wow, looks awesome. I was already going to get it, but it looks even better now. Love the design, especially in Space Gray...it looks just right to me.

Only thing I'm sacrificing by going from my iPhone 6 to the SE is 128GB, but I don't mind. If Apple had only released 16/32, then we'd have problems.

Agreed. I put my iPhone 6 up for auction yesterday and was guaranteed $439 for it. Totally willing to trade 64GB for the form factor I prefer + better camera than I have already for an additional $61.

Show us a better one handed phone in the same size currently available from any manufacture with the latest tech. We'll wait....

Doubt that's possible since most smartphone manufacturers nowadays have 6s-sized phones as their smallest flagship.

This might set a trend though. It's likely that we'll see an announcement for a Samsung Galaxy S7se before the end of the year.

I wonder if these 4" phones will have a 2 year upgrade cycle rather than yearly? Hard to believe there will be a new one in September, or even a year from now. Could see the next gen 4" one coming out with the 7S.

Yes, I agree, which would allow them to bump this one down even cheaper ... maybe $299 still with pretty decent specs, and still sell it in the US and developed countries.

might get the 64gb for my wife in rose gold if the canadian dollar recovers at some point. If not then she will have to struggle along with the always full storage on her 8gb iphone 5c (they never should have released that phone in 8gb)

I would prefer Apple make 3 sizes of phone with the same specs, but since Apple Pay is the only feature I wanted that my 5s doesn't have, this will have to do.

Excellent upgrade of internals. It's good to see that the iPhone SE is equivalent to the iPhone 6S on internals. However, Tim Cook reveals his cluelessness once again by refusing to offer a 128GB models. There are iPhone users right now still using 64GB versions of the iPhone 4S, 5, and 5S who want to upgrade to a new phone because they have almost run out of storage and need more, but only want to upgrade to a 4-inch phone. The iPhone SE does not meet those potential customers' needs.

The 64GB iPhone 4S was released in 2011. It's been 4.5 years since its release. It was a poor decision for Cook to cap the iPhone SE storage at 64GB. Apple should have released a 128GB version at a more expensive price than the 64GB version.

Nah, mate, you misread that. Both cameras are identical to those in the 6s. The FaceTime camera is 5MP.

According to Apple the FaceTime HD camera is 1.2...

I'm sensing that loads of people in thread aren't grasping the point of the SE. It's to appease those people still using legacy form-factor devices but still wish to stay with Apple, like my Mum. The SE was never going to have TOL specs; I'm personally rather impressed and quite gratified with how much Apple was willing to update the 5s whilst keeping the purchase price entirely on the budget end of the spectrum.

No 128GB.

Same giant bezels.

Wish Apple would give us a flagship 4" iPhone. Hanging onto my iPhone 5 for another year. :(

This keynote...protruding camera on the iPad? Ridiculous. Starting with 15 minutes of research and health was worthy, but incredibly boring. Only Phil Schiller exuded any appreciable enthusiasm. The Apple Watch is obviously selling badly; no sales figures and a 20% price drop. The iPad has been increased in price by 20%; just what is needed in the face of 8 quarters of plummeting sales. Shares are down post-keynote.

I find the death of Apple painful to watch. All good things come to an end, I guess. I'm grateful to Steve Jobs and all who worked with him for his amazing products.
More whining from you as usual.

This phone is amazing, especially for the price. How can there be a 250 dollar difference between this and the 6s?

Wonder if this a sign of the demise of the numbering system for iPhone models, finally.

I could see Apple shifting to iPhone Pro, iPhone, and iPhone SE as the naming system going forward...
