wow nevermind, 1Password already been updated to work with Safari 5!

Under Advanced in the Preferences click the Show Develop Menu check box. Then under the Develop menu click Enable Extensions.

Downloaded and installed.

I switched to Bing just to try it out again for a change.

Also, Safari seems snappier.

Running Safari 5 right now. I honestly can't tell a difference in speed (the internet connection is probably the biggest bottleneck nowadays anyway), but they brought back the Safari 3 loading progress bar! Woohoo!

Top Sites and Bookmarks have an interesting new background look. I'm still unsure which I like better.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled browser extensions and restarted.

It works for MR articles. You have to view a specific article page though, such as

Extensions might be intel only. The preference pane isn't there.

I'm on an intel iMac with Leopard, and don't see the Extensions pane.

I'm finding the reader function, especially with keyboard shortcut, incredibly useful.

I'm having trouble finding any feature in Opera (other than the built in torrent client) that would sway me away from Safari. I'll stick with Safari for the next couple weeks and see if it's worth the switch.

Anyone else switching from their browser of choice to Safari 5?

Incompatabilities?

The BBC World Cup homepage seems to have issues under Safari 5. Take a look:

No problems in Safari 4 though. Any body else come across any other incompatabilities?
