If anyone is interested, I was able to decipher the application link from my email (its not unique, and will bring up the "welcome" screen for Apple Card). However when tapping continue, you just get "Apple Card Unavailable". So close, yet so far away. https://wallet.apple.com/apple-card/setup/feature/ccs?

Could someone who has tried this let me know what is supposed to happen after clicking. All I get is “You’re Almost There”

Thank You

You were denied by a computer, sometimes when you ask to be reconsidered, you get an actual person to review your credit and make a different judgement call.

I get where youre coming from but just dont know how to get the text support or whom to call?

I received no email, but checked my wallet and there it was. Had no problem except scanning my driver’s license, the overhead light blotted out part of it, I had to re-do it. That part of the process surprised me, I didn’t expect it.

I wonder why some had to do the license. I signed up while waiting in line to order lunch yesterday, and was approved before placing my order and I was expecting it to ask me for it, since I saw a few had posted about it, but it never did so I used the card to pay for lunch lol

Finally. NYC. Never received email but registered just after event too.

Opened Wallet and clicked the icon and still nothing. Then opened the link from iMessage I has pasted and clicked Continue. Waited for the usual error but was finally surprised with the offer.

Complaining as many others with 820+ getting 17.99% but I’m a deadbeat do I don’t care.

Yeah I am at 816 and got $7500 at 17.99 percent, and then I saw others post they had mid 700 scores and had $10k+ limits. I would think Any of us over 800 would at least get 12.99%. No clue the logic behind the rates and limits being assigned.

This is largest CL/lowest APR we’ve seen.

Would you please share your FICO from TU? And did you claim > $150K for TI?

I dont know where I am on this list, but seems like forever. I am killing my battery checking every millisecond. Don't know why I get excited clicking on the link and seeing the card and the "continue" button, just denies me access!!!! ahhhhhhhhh!!!!

Still haven't gotten the email / still no path to application from the "+" or the link. I signed up on day one and a couple times since then as well. Fingers crossed for today!

I never received the email. I opened the wallet this morning. I clicked on the “+” and the Apple Card was available. I applied and received a credit limit of $20,000 and a 12.99% APR. Very happy.

I told you all they were saving us $20k limits for last.

But nope, still nothing for me.

Hit the + in my wallet and the path to application was there.

Barclays approved on the spot with a $15k limit with 12.99%

Not sure how much I will use as I seldom carry any balances and my Wells Fargo credit cards have MUCH lower interest rates. FICO score 817.

I plan on using mine solely as a forever card to keep a credit line in my portfolio. Chase cards are much better with rewards, but with no annual fee, it only will help to keep another card open.

Just saw the option to add it today-NYC. Did not get the email just did the + in Wallet.
Accepted but not really planning on using it much unless they start adding benefits like extended warranties, travel protection, etc.

For those who already got the card, is it possible to schedule automatic monthly payments so that they withdraw the full amount that is due from a checking account without having to deal with this every month manually? Thanks!

Yes you can. From the Wallet app, click on your Apple Card, then click the ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner. Select "Scheduled Payments". Select "Continue" on the Scheduled Payments screen. Select "Pay My Bill" on the Payment Type screen and click "Next". Select "When Payment Is Due" on the Payment Date screen and click "Next". Double-click the side button on your iPhone to confirm your selections.

I have a question for the financial elite in here about the application, since I haven't received the invite yet...

Last year on 8/13 I purchased a used car. I applied for a loan myself before going in, and had the dealership make offers on loans as well. This led to six inquiries, two from each reporting agency.

As these inquiries are set to fall off my credit score next week, is it worth waiting six days to apply if I get the invite to the card?

I would like to maximize my credit limit and minimize my APR, even though I won't ever touch both.

Same here. The reason I'm not closer to 800 is I've been opening credit cards for the sign up bonuses and building total credit limit. Will use this as an interim card when I can't get better than 3% back on Apple (although using sign up bonuses I've been averaging 10-15% back for the past few months), and when purchasing AppleCare+ with said product which is better than the 90 days insurance on the Amex Preferred.
