The resurgence of invitations and/or availability of the + sign is encouraging, but still nothing working for me.
The link worked for me. Never got an invite and haven’t checked the ‘+’ since this morning. Just visited this thread, tried the link and got it. Thanks to whoever brought the link back to the top.
Yeah it's showing in mine tooGot no invite, just checked the wallet app and....glory be, it was there!
Got approved about half an hour ago. Didn't remember what interest rate was (I always pay in full each month anyway), but limit was 10K with an 805 credit score.
Guess the new invites are indeed rolling out!
Hmm....It seems like everyone who has been waiting is getting in! And here I am, still hitting the link and pressing the + with no love....
Yeah...tried restarting the phone and tried doing it on my iPad too. The link brinks up the Apple Card in Wallet but clicking continue gives me the "Apple Card Unavailable" message. The link worked for me, too! Thanks for posting, I would not have tried otherwise.

Have you tried to restart the phone?

What is the contact for getting in touch with GS to have them reconsider?
I agree the rewards aren’t anything to get too excited over. But I’m more interested in the security, UI, and simplicity.Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I'm not saying that cashback (or other point-based reward systems) are useless. I'm just wondering why people think that Apple's "daily cashback" (and in particularly the "daily" part) is "huge". As far as I can tell this is a card with a reasonable (but by no means amazing) cashback rate as long as you use Apple Pay, and rather underwhelming benefits (no extended warranty, travel insurance or similar things that other cards offer). It has a nice UI, is very easy to sign up for, and comes with a flashy physical card, and that's pretty much it. I think it's primarily a tool for Apple to promote the use of Apple Pay.
I keep pressing it and it says “Apple Card Unavailable”
Some are mainly excited by the various benefits: unmatched security, privacy, no fees, 3% off Apple purchases, daily cash back, no foreign transaction surcharge, the app itself/purchase tracking, the seemingly good approval odds, especially with little or no credit (albeit with a low limit/high interest rate initially), etc. Some are excited because Apple. Like you mention, I’m sure there are those who think it could mean something with respect to future potential service offerings. Who knows?none of which is really that different than many other cards especially if you use them via Apple Pay.
I think that folks are excited more because Apple is jumping into such a 'standard' service. I mean if the point was just the app they could have worked that into any AP connected card. but to make a card, that's huge. a lot of folks on different forums etc are pondering if this might be a sign that Apple could get into cell phone service, internet service (and perhaps lead a push into fiber for all) and so on
What link? Can anyone else confirm this?
Edit: I'm in too!
Everyone try the link posted in the early days of this thread.
