Again .. haven't said anything about that either. I am talking about people believing the weirdest sh*t while screaming fake at things they could observe with their own eyes.
The good thing in 2017 over 1933 is that you have a plethora of news site to build your opinion and you have means to dig into facts behind those stories. Just question everything you read and be aware of the agenda (and you are right, every outlet has one, in particular all those "free" and "independent" ones).

So a media being rediculously compliant to Obama and now completely lashing out because they also lost the election doesn't give you pause? Good thing it is 2017. We can see the false narrative.

not sure what it has to do with anything I wrote though?

You need to think before you write and then, you need to read what you wrote ... those are the basics ... if you can't master those, then you will have trouble "competing" on comment threads.

Well .. ridiculously complaint is a bit of an overstatement, there was always the FOX News's and others giving him a hard time too.
But I agree .. the media is hysterical these days. Everything is made into a story, which in turn doesn't mean that it it right or shouldn't be protested. And yes the protests are supported by civil rights groups, but that doesn't make them fake or wrong.

And well, no. You can't seem to see a lot of false narratives fed to you. Anyone believing in wide scale voter fraud without being in the street screaming for clarification is not a democrat (and I am not refering to the party but the system).

In my original post I haven't said anything about Hillary or the election or the "heart bleed media" (whatever that is) , I have solely talked about people like you believing weirdest conspiracies and how scary that is.

Fine - dont come here then. No one here will lose a bit of sleep over that. ;)

Yup, not coming. Just telling, that a stable and predictable government is essential for new businesses and foreign investments. That, and when there're uncertainties with NSA and other three letter agencies, which are harassing tech companies over there can also make think twice...

"I don't have to." Ah, the plaintive cry of one who knows they are wrong but tries to bluster because they are too small to admit it. So sad.

You would lose the bet about knowing more about immigration law, by the way.

Okay. Show me in the current INS laws that says people from other countries have the right to enter the US. I'll wait.

So, how long did it take the Boston Bombers to be vetted?

Isn't it funny that every liberal says stop reading Brietbart, when they in fact never do?

How I see it is irrelevant to the Constitutionality, SCOTUS settled that.
[doublepost=1485775097][/doublepost]
Nonetheless they have the power to do so per the Constutution

Not irrelevant, as they stated it was not unconstitutional because it was a tax. If you think that it is not a tax, but healthcare then you are disagreeing with the SCOTUS decision.

A tax is something is paid on something that you buy voluntarily. The scotus decision is so full of **** that I can smell it from Virginia.

Mainstream media / interviews from tech companies. Go read yourself.

Sure, if you think its good that foreign workers are used to lower salaries for everyone else.

Please read forum rules. With statements such that you are making it should be accompanied by link rather than having someone try and search for something that possibly isn't there. But if you don't want to supply the link to support your statement, I understand ;)

I was wondering what that smell was that day :). Funny how things are unconstitutional for so long (Not talking specific to the ACA), and then all of the sudden a few people get appointed and now it is constitutional. SCOTUS abusing their power maybe? Making laws as they see fit instead of interpreting?

Stop being lazy and google it. Easy. 'IT skills shortage usa'.

Update - here is one-

This entire weekend was driven by a false narrative by a compliant media. How many times did we hear 300 or more people were held only to find it was 100? #fakenewsfromtheleft

Stop bringing facts to the table. Liberals don't want to hear facts. They want only to believe that trump is a racist.
I'm glad you like facts. The link the OP provided has some about the Visa Waiver Program, which allows travel without a US Visa:

At this time, the restriction on Visa Waiver Program travel will not apply to dual nationals of these three countries.

Unlike Trump's ban which does impact dual nationals, even if they are already a US citizen..

Individuals impacted will still be able to apply for a visa using the regular immigration process at our embassies or consulates. For those who need a U.S. visa for urgent business, medical, or humanitarian travel to the United States, U.S. embassies and consulates stand ready to provide visa interview appointments on an expedited basis. The new law does not ban travel to the United States, or admission into the United States, and the great majority of Visa Waiver Program travelers will not be affected.

Unlike Trumps, which does ban travel and visa issuance.

Facts are a stubborn thing, eh?

Hardly. I said SCOTUS decided it was constitutional, how they decided that is up to them. What we now want to call it is irrelevant to the fact that it could be implemented as passed.

The thing I find ironic is how many Republicans railed against big government and presidential overreach now seem to like both. You can talk of the D's hypocrisy but there's plenty to find on the R's side as well.

Have you seen the CNN webpage lately? Its all editorialized nonsense.

Ya' wanna know something even scarier ...

- it's when people can't tell the difference between newspaper opinions presented as fact, and actual facts;

- it's when you see yourself as an historian and you compare the rise of the Third Reich with the rise of the Republicans ... now that is really fricking scary.

Absolutely hilarious watching the outraged bleeding heart liberals in the House of Commons demanding Trump be banned from the UK. Anyone who thinks the United Kingdom is going to drive a wedge between itself and the United States, is a total melt. For such claims to come from politicians is laughable beyond belief.

Rabble rabble rabble! Rar rar rabble! Grahhhhhhhh. Rabble. ****ing idiots.

Ah, yes. At least you admit you know nothing and refuse to educate yourself - Breitbart talking points don't count. For example, if you knew anything, you'd know that "INS" does not exist and that it has been replaced by three agencies under the aegis of the Department of Homeland Security (itself a needless abomination).

You also know it's bad when you have to resort to asking questions that are irrelevant to the claims you previously made.

Welcome to the land of the willfully ignorant!

"Apple CEO Tim Cook on Immigration Executive Order: 'It is Not a Policy We Support'"

Then you're on the wrong side Tim. I support you on a number of things (like privacy), but on this you are wrong. The order does not ban immigration. It is temporary, and an effort to protect the U.S. from terrorist threats from 7 known hot beds of extremism while the govt. works on improving reliable vetting; but I'm sure you're so far left at this point it's impossible for you to see that.

Does this order have the potential to affect some of your employees? Yes it might. Is the administration out to get you? No. Is the administration willing to work with anyone on a case by case basis who might be affected? Yes, they have already shown that is the case.

Why all the backlash against Tim speaking out against the order? It's not like this is some rudimentary tax bill on C-SPAN that puts your grandpa to sleep... This is a serious issue that will affect our corporate, educational and social infrastructure in a major way. Not to mention piss off the extremists to the point of bombing us into next week.

"7 known hotbeds of extremism"--except for Saudi Arabia, whose brand of Islam has inspired most Islamic terrorist groups that exist today (not to mention their explicit support for these groups). But Saudi Arabia's got OIL so no way could we ever ban people from there...

Are you familiar with the Visa Waiver program? You should be before you post.
