Obviously, I like everyone else early Monday, was promised a call back in 48 hours and... it didn't happen. So I called earlier today (about 70 hours later) and was transferred quickly to iPhone Upgrade Team.
"I'm sorry but I don't have any new information for you. I see your first request, but I don't know more. I can escalate your information again and they will call within 48-72 hours." She was apologetic and offered confirmation of the issues... but just let it sit until I let her 're-escalate' the case.
I did email Tim, on Friday Morning immediately after I realized what was wrong... I never heard back. If you emailed Tim and got a phone, consider yourself extremely lucky.
I'm done. I know they 'reopened' reservations, but in my location there wasn't anything new that I would settle for. It appears that they handled the bulk of the issue with the extra reservations and let the rest go by the wayside until we complain again... I expect I will have to call Monday when I don't hear back.
