Ordered on 10/31/11 and today it was prepared for shipment.How long before it actually ships? My delivery date is 11/11-11/18. Hopefully soon! Sold my Iphone 4 and been without a phone for a little over a month. Its driving me nuts!!!

Mine departed Alaska at 1:59am this morning. Maybe its on the same flight as yours.
I have a question. The shipments that are coming from Alaska like mine, do you think they will be coming ground to get to me? I am on the east coast.
i do not think it ground like normal shipping
most of the apple shipment are airfreight to the Fedex, UPS hub and delivery from there.

Sadly for me though I'm having mine shipped to my parents house in Illinois and then they will ship it out to me. So I'll probably have to wait another 3-5 days after they get it.
California taxes you pre-subsidized price even if your phone is subsidized so I'd paying the tax of a $650 device rather than a $199 and the difference is 44 dollars for just tax... ridiculous. I'm now paying $211 vs the $255 I was going to have to pay for it to be shipped directly to me. Even having it reshipped I'll save 30+ bucks.
I hate you state of California and you stupid BS taxes and fees.
It's on my parents plan anyway but I was able to change it to ship to me in California originally.
I ordered last week as soon as my eligibility date moved up. And it's already on it's on way to me, barely a week later. I guess the projected 1-2 weeks is more 1 week, which is good. I don't have to go hunt at Apple stores and risk waiting a lot longer than just ordering and getting it probably a lot sooner.
My 4S both arrived in Memphis, and had "international shipment release," in the wee hours of Nov. 5, Saturday. Will I get it in Texas Monday?

Same here as well. I don't think it should take till Tuesday to make it to Chicago from Memphis, but stranger things have indeed happened.
