****!

I should have just reserved one at a closer store for Verizon or Sprint even tho I have ATT and just pay it off... now I have to drive 35 miles out to the store I reserved at for the ATT version.... oh well lol

Hi guys! I just reserved a 128gb 7+ Black for pick up this afternoon.

I am currently a T-Mobile subscriber and would like to switch to the Apple IUP and open a new Verizon account with my wife (trying to reserve a second phone!).

If anyone knows the answer to these questions that would be awesome!

1. Will I be able to open a new Verizon account with the IUP in store when I pick up two reserved phones?

2. If not, will I be able to pick up the phones, start a new IUP loan agreement and then take the phones to Verizon to open an account?

3. My wife and I both have fraud alerts on our credit (someone opened some credit cards in our names - wee caught it early and all is taken care of!) so whenever we've opened anything with our credit, it gets denied and a number pops up for the store to call for personal identification - has anyone gone through this with apple? It's usually very fast and just takes a phone call for 1-2 minutes.

Thanks!

I just picked up my new iPhone 7 plus 128gb. I went right into my apple store an hour before they opened, had first dibs. I didn't even have to use the reserve link.

A pretty common question that keeps being asked on every page....

Can you purchase in full if you reserve using the upgrade link....!

Yes you can...

Cool, just reserved a Verizon Plus also, and I'm also on T-Mobile.

Does IUP allow only a reservation of 1 unit? It states I've reached my limit.

Does reservation of a verizon device require you to fill in verizon account information like the pre-orders did? I'm assuming no since you'd be walking into the store to pay and not paying online? I rather not steal someone's possible device to test it out, since my color is unavailable currently.

Am I understanding what everyone is saying?

I have T-Mobile and there is a Verizon phone available. I want to pay for it straight out. Can I just get the Verizon phone and use it with T-Mobile?

Update: 8:01 Central Time, reserved the Verizon model 7 + 128 GB Matte Black via the IUP reservation link. Reservation time I selected was 3 PM to 3:30 PM window.

Since I was out and about and was near the store, just thought I'd stop by when they opened 11 am and see if I can get it any earlier or if I needed to come back at the time. The Apple employee was helpful and said just wait in line and a salesperson will come help you when they are available. Only stood in line for 3 minutes, got helped, and walked out with the one i reserved in less than 5 minutes.

I had no problems purchasing this phone outright even though I'm not on iUP and simply asked that I am going to pay full price device only.

Yes many have done it...

You don't have to input any info...

I just want to confirm this before I make the trip to the Apple Store. If I have an IUP order currently "preparing for shipment", can I still go up to the store and start a new order instead? I know I can't cancel the other order at this stage but would like to get the phone earlier if possible since I'm traveling for a week on Wednesday. Thanks in advance for the help.
