Same here. It simply did not go live for everyone at the same time, which is ridiculous. People were done placing orders and we still couldn't load the store.

The app went live for my wife first. Phones literally an inch apart. I kept opening and force closing the app it worked for my phone in a minute or two

That is awesome! Thank you!

You're welcome! Apple also already likely has a bunch of iPhones in the US waiting at the hubs, so it's possible some won't see a "Shipped" status until Wednesday or Thursday (kind of a bummer when that happens because I like to watch it travel from China)

But there’s way more chances for something to delay your shipment when that happens.

I thought the phones that are already here are for the stores only. I might be wrong.

So I finally got apple on the phone, and they couldn't change my shipping address because my phone has actually already shipped!

If I cancel my AT&T order, will the Apple.com site allow me to order using my upgrade? Or does it take a while for the upgrade to go back onto the account?

Okay here is my situation, hoping someone could clarify/help me out. I have Verizon so thats first things first. However I used my friends' Sprint account to order an iPhone X through Apple's website obviously. I paid full price for the phone and I can pick it up Nov 3rd. But the way Apple worded the terms as far as the Sprint side of things is confusing me/worrying me. Everyone on my friends' sprint account is still currently leasing their phones and are not due for any upgrades. My goal was to change nothing on their account or hinder their opportunity to upgrade or their eligibility to upgrade when they decide to. Basically i was just intending to use their account to get the device outright and swap my SIM in from my iPhone 6 plus on my Verizon account. I saw that there would be a $30 Upgrade fee and I don't mind paying that cause sprint now wants that upfront whether you ever activate the phone or not. But that word "Upgrade" scares me like I just upgraded the line and now only that line can use that iPhone x or i HAVE to activate it on that line. I can cancel the order right now before anything is final, but i just want to be able to bring the phone immediately to verizon and not change a lick of anything on their account/upgrade eligibility/additional charges, none of that. Pls help lol.

I don't know how that switching SIM card thing is going work but the line is the only thing with the upgrade not the whole account. But the whole "lease" thing might have different terms. Usually when you have more than one line on the account the upgrade is just to that line not the entire account.

Hope that helps

I thought you can't use Sprint phones on Verizon unless they are unlocked first.... Really an odd way to get a phone, esp if you were paying full price anyway?

How fast did you get your order in. The App store on my iPad didn't load until 3:03.

Almost as soon as it went up, I was using my iPad and iPhone, each connected to a different network and doing the force quit dance. My confirmation email shows 1:02AM Mountian Time.

Congrats!

On this forum you are the only person to have a t-mobile delivery date of Nov 3.

That debunks a lot of the theories floating around here.

Wow they must have had almost none of them, guess I lucked out!

Well, misery loves company, my friend. Yeah, yeah, sure there's an opioid crisis rampaging this country, we're governed by an inert and moneyed legislative branch, and our left-middle-right-up-down political cohorts are divorced from any meaningful mutual discourse. But I am still manifesting suffering from a one week postponement of my brand new silver iPhone X with 64 GB configuration on the nation's fastest 4G LTE network.
That and we’re out of coffee :(
