Ordered an AT&T 12:03am, and credit card was charged right away. Preparing to ship right now.

Ordered 2 more TMO X's and originally had a 11/10 delivery date; then, moved up to 11/3. Just got an alert that my card was charged a few minutes ago for the TMO phones.

All are 256GB SG's.

Why? Your phone may already be near you. Which would mean that they wouldn’t ship it till next week. That’s how my phone ships every year. A few days before, I always get my notification. And it’s always at the last minute. And it always arrives the launch day.

I'm so thankful to Apple & my luck. I really thought it would be a tough task to get the iPhone before December but boy I might get it on launch date & that's a sigh of relief.

It will only come to my hands in December as somebody is going to get it from US to Bombay. But now I believe it will definitely reach to my relative before they leave for India!

Wtf i read this whole thread and no one has a ship date of nov 21-28 except for me. Lots of liars here for sure.
 
Me and my wife ordered within minutes of each other. Both got confirmation numbers she is prepared for shipment and my status is order in progress.
She has a ship date of 11/3 to something. And mine is 11/17 to 11/24.
Both ordered on her phone thru the AppStore. Since the Apple.com wouldn’t load on either laptop
 
I was spooked by the message of " couldn't reach carrier system" or whatnot when I placed the order at the Apple store website since the app wasn't reloading. Reservation phone came through. I got the email 3 hours later. And got the phone order completed Oct 27th at 7am. Ready for shipment. Nov 3. Yay. No waiting in line.
 
Glad to see people getting the "preparing for shipment"- I have it as well for Nov 3rd. Its hard to imagine that people will be standing in line for (sometimes) up to 2 days before hand....just to get the same phone.....crazy!

Hi everyone good morning I woke up and decided to check the UPS website under tracking by reference number and found that my ATT 256 gig space gray iphone X has shipped from Foxconn. Apple's website still shows that my phone is preparing to ship. I do this every year and I found out this simple trick on the forum here

For those of you that are not familiar with doing this here's how you can check your order.

Go to UPS's website. Go to tracking. Go to track by reference number. Put the cell phone number associated with your order in as the reference number. Put your ZIP Code. Put your country. Hit track package button. If your phone has shipped it'll come up on UPS's website.

I checked last night and my phone still wasn't showing up on UPS website. I just woke up at 4 AM Pacific time and decided to check again and it shows my phone has shipped and will be here by end of day on November 3. Oh and it's coming from China

Good luck I hope everybody can find their phones. This happens every year where Apple says it still preparing to ship yet you can track it through UPS
