Sounds like there may be a problem....I'd call your credit card company - make sure fraud protection isn't blocking the payment - then call Apple and make sure everything's ok.
I'd be getting on the horn with UPS when they open and get that fixed up. Explain to them that you're not trying to tell them how they're doing their routing...just that you want it held for pickup further up the chain, so you can snag it after work on launch day.

I took the day off on 11/3 to play with the phone all day. Going to be so salty if I have to wait until Monday after work. It’s ******** that they tell you the date to pick it up AFTER the change is made

You should be able to get that fixed. They likely won't let you pick it up at the CC until 8 or 9 am.
How do you know which Cust Center that would be?

Yep. Mine just showed up on the UPS app automatically by itself even though the Apple app still says preparejng to ship

Mine just showed up in my app. It looks like it gives me the option to hold at the CC already. But I’m a little nervous about changing anything at this point unless I screw anything up. Has anybody actually DONE this yet?
I'd call them (UPS) rather than doing it in My Choice. I think their automated system may (falsely) see it as re-routing....which you certainly don't want. If you have a live body doing this on the other end of the phone, they can roll their change back if it affects your delivery date.
Edit: Also, the CC should (likely) be the one closest to you - you can do a search on UPS' site with your zip/postal code. But, when you're talking to them, the agent should be able to verify for you what the routing would be.

Mine finally showed up in the app! I’m literally moving that day and will be back and forth between places moving stuff. Debating doing the hold at UPS CC, but worried it will change the delivery date as it happened to someone a few posts above mine...
Hi, I ordered a 64gb SG AT&T Next with 11/3 delivery and my order is in preparing for shipment. Hasn’t appeared in the ups app or by reference. I live in Puerto Rico. Does anyone with shipping address outside of the mainland, has been able to view shipments in ups?
I'm in the same boat, no tracking yet but still in PFS for 11/3 delivery, VA here.
Call UPS and ask them for the customer center associated with your address. I did that and also asked a UPS driver. I got the same answer which gave me a warm fuzzy. I recently moved and needed to know this.

I’ve done this before and it’s been at the CC before the delivery person would have delivered it. Just get the correct CC.

what I've found before is that it really is moving through the system. I've had phones before where the activity tracking didn't "register" until the Wednesday before and everything was just fine. Of course, that doesn't stop me from checking, too.
It is very rare, but sometimes UPS tracking information gets stuck and it’s impossible to see what’s going on until the final hours.
