Slim and none. Each store apparently will have a max of 5 phones available for launch day. But you can play with the display phone.
You don't think they'll send a good amount to stores for people waiting in line and for In Store Pick-Up preorders?

what is the chances that the iPhone X is gonna be able for picking up in the apple store in the 11.3?

I guess -0

Anybody know how much will be due on the 27? (64gb iphone x)

I need to make sure my card has enough since citizens one is also taking my 13th payment on the 25th.

Also call them before hand that you will be making a purchase of over thousand dollars so they don’t block your card once you place the order.

Im not making a purchase over 1000, im on the upgrade program. All the bank asks for is the tax and i belive the first months payment up front.

Which the other person said should be about $70.

So, I started the IUP when the iPhone 7 Plus released, so I plan on upgrading this way with the iPhone X. I know a few weeks ago, before the preorder for 8, they had it where current IUP users could go ahead and get prwapproved for the 8 so when preorder time comes, they could just checkout and not go through the process then. Does anyone know if they will offer this advanced approval for the iPhone X before its preorder date also?

Anybody know if you can use different forms of payment for the upgrade?

The card i wanna use to pay for the tax/1st payment isnt the card i want citizens to do the autopay on

Yes after the upgrade you create a new account on citizens and you can change to a different credit card or do ACH.

Can someone explain how I would set up the upgrade program? I'm planning on doing that for the 64 X. Not in it currently as I am on a 6.

Pretty easy I must say.
Once you get to this step, then you are asked to enter your carrier account info. then after that, you just simply proceed.

Am I going to be at a major disadvantage? Like once I get to that screen am I safe or will I potentially be SOL of getting an X?

You don’t get charged when you place the order, you get charged when the phone is dispatched.

I think when order is in the process of Going through apple or other companies charge $1 or sometimes full amount but then it drops out. If the fianaicial institution does not approve the initial request from merchant you will get error message that the Payment did not went through successfully plz contact your financial institution.

Quick question. Sorry if it has been asked before. But this will be my first time pre ordering through Apple website. Will the X be an online only type of thing like last year before they actually hit the stores with the 7 plus. Or will we have the option to pick up in store as well when pre orders go live. Just trying to weigh out my best options. Thanks in advance

Is there a reason people are order the T-Mobile version over the att if the are paying out right? Being a T-Mobile customer it kind of worries me seeing everyone depleting from the stock.

Because when ordering T-Mobile iPhone from Apple store, you do not have to input any account information to verify one as a T-Mobile customer. When ordering an AT&T phone, it makes you input phone no, last 4 of social security, and then the AT&T account passcode. This is just one extra step in the process with 2 additional screens to get through as compared with a T Mobile phone. Ordering a T-Mobile iPhone will be quicker during pre-orders when time is of the essence and every second will count to bagging that Nov 3rd delivery date.

I know for new IUP users on T-Mobile, they have to go to Apple store in person to sign up. Is the same apply to the iPhone X Pre-ordering? Meaning I have to go to an Apple store any time after 10/27 to Pre-order and sign up IUP? When do they first charge your monthly payment, after u receive the phone correct?

As other's have said, some may not have an AT&T account and uses other carrier services like cricket, straightalk, H2O Wireless, etc and it would make sense to get the T-mobile model if they want to pre-order on 10/27/17 as the T-mobile doesn't require you to enter your carrier account info.

They charge the the tax up front Plus the 1st payment. Not sure how this works with The T-mobile but for those who pre-ordered, was charged when the status changed "Preparing for shipment".

I have Verizon, and plan on purchasing the X from the Apple website, paying in full and buying outright. Can someone explain to me if it will come to me with the SIM card all ready to go and inserted in the phone? Or do I need to use my SIM card that is in my 7 right now? Or does it just come in the box and I have to insert it?

Thanks.

Typically it will come with a sim in it and when you turn it on to activate it, your old phone/sim will not connect to the network and your iPhone X will.

Yes it will come with a sim card even if you are paying in full, since it ask you to enter your carrier account info before you check out. Once you receive it, simply activate it and you are good to go.

Because a lot of t-mobile iPhones are hidden sim-free

Fair enough, just curious how much that will effect those of us that are wanting to get a t-mobile phone to use on t-mobile. Anyone know if they have set stock for each carrier or is just a divide the coma and gsm to what is ordered?
