you know, so far I don’t feel like my phone is all that fast… Could you be my Wi-Fi/that my Verizon plan needs to be upgraded!?

ugh, I know this is lame but I miss 3D Touch. I’m sure I’ll adopt haptic and they are incredibly similar but just not quite the same. 😂
I have not seen the blazing fast speeds on 5G either. Probably some error on my part. You’ll adjust to the lack of 3D Touch pretty quickly. I felt the same. Have a great time on vacation with the NEW PHONE!

@nateatlarge took your advice, pulled the paper off, screen protector and case on, so that the phone was wrapped before I tapped 😂

It’s in my hands..now to go home to set this baby up! 🥰🙃🙂

Im getting much better LTE speeds than my 11 Pro Max. I don’t have a 5G plan, but the new Qualcomm modem is noticeably better on LTE for me.

@Bea220
Verizon “Nationwide 5G” is a dressed up LTE. To get their super fast 5G UW you need to subscribe to their premium Unlimited Plans and be close to a 5G UW tower.

Finally got everything set up. Verizon activation was a pain... data transfer from iCloud back up got stuck with my VPN app which in turn screwed up the Apple Watch transfer.

First impressions (vs XS):
- processor super snappy
- good screen though warmer than XS
- looks great without case (but I chickened out and put a apple silicone case on it (until my leather case arrives).

I have not noticed any dropped calls yet though the two Verizon calls I received failed within 2 min

Settings

Anytime. its a 25 dollar savings if you combine everything in 1 so it is a really good deal. I was just wondering what others thought.
Makes sense for me, I had Apple Arcade, Family Apple Music and 2TB of storage, that's $30 right there.

It took my iPhone a couple of days to figure out what apps go to the cloud. and what stays on the phone.
Then after looking at settings on day 2, And traveling to Memphis and back to Nashville. It was working great.
Looked in settings and everything was perfect.

  • Individual costs $14.95 per month with Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and 50GB of iCloud storage. That’s a savings of $6 a month over buying them separately.
  • Family costs $19.95 per month and includes 200GB of iCloud storage and support for up to six people to use the subscriptions. It will save you $8 a month.
  • Premier costs $29.95 per month and adds News+ and Fitness+, a set of workout classes for Apple Watch owners, along with 2TB of iCloud storage. It works with up to six people and will save you a whopping $25 a month over buying the services separately.
