So is there a single carrier all the pre-orders phones have been arriving for USA?
If so, does the UPS or FedEx system allow you to pick them up at a station? Sometimes I have found Apple has the location pickup blocked. Thank you for any info before I order!

Well that was much smoother than the iPhone 12 pre-order. Obviously a lot of people just couldn't wait the extra couple of weeks. More for the patient!
I've gotten many on delivery day, but never fortunate to get early. Hope so this time!!
Well I locked in a 12 Pro Max 256GB Sim Free in silver. Should be here 11/13. I also locked in a Pacific Blue 256 for in-store pickup.
Just about an hour and a half in and still launch day delivery. When I ordered my 12 Pro it was 2 weeks out after 5 minutes.
My advice: Don't mess with it. Apple pre-orders have special delivery instructions with UPS and invariably there are always people who think they can treat it like any other shipment and start screwing with the delivery holds and delivery windows, etc. Just don't. You can't intercept it. You can't get it sooner. All you can do is screw it up. Just leave it alone, and it will be delivered on launch day.
I can’t see my order in the Apple store app, says my order history cannot be displayed. When I click the order number in the order confirmation email, a window opens saying something went wrong.

That's because the patience level of most people who pre-order is less than zero, and they all blew their wad last month. The pre-order demand for max and mini will be much lower for that simple reason.
I wouldn't want it sooner. I just didn't want it brought to physical address even if it delayed it. However, if your warning applies to that too, I will hold off ordering.
What's the fun in that?

But seriously, I have always gotten the largest capacity phone because of all the movies and shows I download for my kids in case of power outages from storms. Just a habit I guess. The difference in price is negligible on IUP anyway but I’ll never get more than 512 though.
Yeah I'm getting that now too. But I was able to screenshot my order screen earlier so it's all good.
Got mine! 512 GB silver Pro Max, set for delivery 11/13. I was worried because I kept getting a message that the order had been interrupted, but it finally went through on about the 5th try.

Based on previous experience, does anyone know if UPS delivers these orders before or after 5 PM? Asking cause my orders set to deliver on 13th, but I’m catching a flight and leave my place at 5 PM
Usually that is the case assuming normal shipping and such. Let the fun begin LOL
