Apple.com: iPhone 6s / 6s Plus Order Tracking

I opened the change request on the Mychoice website, and the Independence Parkway hub was the first option. I called UPS, and they verified that that's where the package would be put on the truck for delivery. They just opened this location within the past year, and it's where I picked up my Apple Watch on launch day. I live closer to Independence Parkway than to Northside, so I guess that's why my iPhone is going there this year. I think that I remember you saying that you were in the Arlington(?) area, so Northside would be more likely for you.

It's strange that when I search for locations on the UPS website that Independence Pkwy only shows up as a Drop Box, but when I input the change request, it shows up as a CC. I've been there, though, and it's definitely a Customer Center/hub.

Mine has been "In transit to UPS facility" since Monday. Anybody else have this status?

anyone got eyes on which flight this could be on coming out of ZhengZhou?

Mine has the same updates, and I am almost positive it's on this flight ,http://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS99/history/20150923/1255Z/RKSI/PANC

Scheduled to arrive in Alaska at 1:37pm local time or 7:37pm EST.
 
I changed my request to a UPS store the moment it had tracking information in China.
I have confirmed with a UPS representative that I will still get it on 9/25.
It says change request and delivery for friday at the UPS store on the website.
I have called and confirmed the one it is going to and they said they normally drop off very early.
The phone is currently in Louisville after arriving at 1247am.
I now sit and wait to make sure that is the case and enjoy my phone on Friday. :)

An interesting study would be the impact this has on the finances of a company like UPS. You've got around 200 million iPhones per year now, and I'd have to think that the great majority of those are shipped by UPS rather than purchased at point-of-sale. That's got to be revenue well into the billions. Looks like they had $58B in revenue in 2014, so I'd think iPhone revenue would be at least 2-3%. Amazing how the success of Apple has triggered success in many other companies.

Ordered my 6S Plus 64 GB IN Rose Gold on 9/12 ten minutes after preorders opened from  app. Card was charged last Friday. Order status has been saying preparing to ship since Friday no tracking number given and were two days out! I have a delivery of 9/25 but I'm worried and getting frustrated with no tracking number this late in the game. Anyone else not have a tracking number with a 9/25 delivery???

It's still sitting in Harrisburg this morning. The payment was finally withdrawn overnight though. I'm guessing my phone might make it's way to a UPS facility today. Currently it only shows as Ready for UPS.

Thanks. I did the same thing when I tried to select a UPS pick up selection... And it showed me the one on Northside. I live closer to the Northside compared to the Independence Parkway location. So, I assume from Louisville it comes to the Dallas/Fort Worth airport then trucks take off to UPS CC locations... it's been interesting how all this works.

All of us that ordered on Apple.com do not have it marked as shipped yet. I believe we will get that email tomorrow. In the meantime, go to UPS and try to track shipment by reference and use your phone number/billing phone number to see if you can pull it up from there.
 
Mine FINALLY updated from Order Processed. Says that it is in Nashville TN this morning. I live in the DFW area, will call and pick up at UPS CC.
 
My 64GB Space Gray 6s Plus is in Mt Juliet, TN as is my wife's 64GB 6s Plus Rose Gold. This is about 3 hours from where I live... Funny thing is, I will be driving by the facility later tonight on a quick road trip unrelated to the phone lol... maybe they will let me pick it up there ;)

My wife is on the same boat. Ordered an AT&T iPhone 6S Plus 64 GB. No tracking number and can't find it using her phone number via UPS shipment reference option.

I live in Fort Worth also, is it better to pick it up at a CC rather than just let it get delivered by the truck?
