Just got notified via MYUPS that my iphone 6s rose gold is starting the delivery from Nashville, TN to be delivered to Atlanta on 25th. Until now there was no update for this iphone. My other iphone 6s silver is on the way to Kentucky from Anchorage.... ;)

No flights leaving from KY??

If you look at UPS flights on flightaware.com, they are on the "incoming to Louisville" part of the cycle. There will be a "leaving Louisville" event later this afternoon (really, on flightaware it looks like Louisville is exploding with planes at that time), and then the cycle repeats every 12 hours (3-4 am EDT listening to Louisville ATC is one UPS flight after another requesting take off clearance).

I did not know that's how they did it.. But I can't find "incoming to Louisville" on the website?

My UPS tracking just updated - after sitting in Mt Juliet since the 19th, just got an origin scan in Nashville, with (of course) delivery for the 25th. Have it set to hold at UPS CC so hopefully that goes smoothly. Hopefully everyone else's that has been sitting in Mt Juliet starts moving too. :)

Mines been sitting in KY since midnight yesterday. It's coming out to Riverside, CA. I expect it will soon hop on a flight to KONT the nearest UPS hub to me.

I live in Fort Worth also, is it better to pick it up at a CC rather than just let it get delivered by the truck?

I'm not in Fort Worth but in my area UPS is known to do "phantom" deliveries. No truck shows up, no notice is left but delivery was attempted.

Anything I get UPS related I have shipped to my work. They can't claim "nobody was home". The only place I could "pick up" from in my area is a 45 minute drive one way.

I think most all of us are. Have you tried tracking by reference on the UPS site? Use your phone number. And if that doesn't work, make sure that Apple has your correct phone number on file. If not, search with the incorrect phone number, and it should show up. FTR, I ordered at almost exactly the same time and via the same method as you, and mine has been PFS for days, but I've been able to track it via the above method for a few days now.
My real phone number was not on the apple billing phone number section and I couldn't look up my tracking number on UPS using it.

The number on my apple.com order is generic and when I used that on UPS it gave me the shipping label is created status. I can't be the only person in my zip code with that generic number. Anyone else have this issue?

My 64GB Space Gray 6s Plus is in Mt Juliet, TN as is my wife's 64GB 6s Plus Rose Gold. This is about 3 hours from where I live... Funny thing is, I will be driving by the facility later tonight on a quick road trip unrelated to the phone lol... maybe they will let me pick it up there ;)

I live in Nashville about 8 miles from the MT Juliet facility. Last year the phone was shipped on the Thursday night up to Louisville and then back down to Nashville...

Well, it depends on your preferences. I don't want to take the day off of work to wait at home. I've found that I have to be vigilant to watch for the UPS truck because if I'm say in the backyard or restroom when the driver shows up, he may not leave the package even if I've left a signature on the door (the drivers have this discretion), and then I have to either wait for the next delivery day or go to the CC that evening when the trucks get back. Someone else mentioned the possibility that a driver could say he made an attempt to deliver, but he never actually showed up at your house (it can happen).

I prefer having it held at the CC because I can pick it up at my leisure, usually first thing when they open or on my lunch break. Even if there is a line to pick up packages, I'm in and out in 15 minutes at the most. Of course, things could go wrong with the hold for pickup option, too, but it's worked well for me.

There's also the consideration of how far you're willing to drive to a CC.

Mine is still saying preparing for shipment, delivery date 09/25. I pre-ordered it sept 13th. When do you think it will change to shipped? I'm afraid I won't get it Friday :(

I live in GA, I got the iPhone 6s silver 64gb.

Last post of this screen shot.

Just like last year, it will arrive on time.

I got one day notice from Apple, as did many people.

Do. Not. Worry.
