So then I can put a class action lawsuit against apple because I was in middle of a 2 hour meeting during that time and they should do it when people are working. Wait, what about people working differential shifts, wait... UGH! Let it go
I admit that 3am ET was a little hard to do, but ill be honest i was going to get up or figure out what i had to do no matter what time they decided to start the preorders. The only frustrating thing for me about this whole iphone 5 preorder is how they have known for way longer then we have when they were going to do this and then they spring that preorders will start 2 days after they announce the iphone 5 so all customers are in a craze trying to figure out how theyre going to pay, what service to go with and tons of things really fast and then sell out of first batch in 1 hour. They shoulda been a little more prepared, i mean not only did they sell out extremely fast but i was up 10 minutes before 3 am ET and kept trying at&t website but it was down and then even the apple site was down for a little while otherwise i coulda had mine ordered right at 3 and had it for release. I realize if i could have dug around a little deeper and saw i could use the apple store app i could have done it right away but the whole point is, they should have been prepared and made it easy on all the people that got up right away to get it. Anyways it wont change my mind about apple and how much i love there products, i just cant get my head around the fact that a giant successful company cant figure out a way to make the preordering go alot smoother and easier. Seems like it will always be a problem even for future releases.
