JUST changed to prepared for shipment. STOKED

Apple.com preordered at 2:35 AM CT . Yes thats 35 min of refreshing all my idevices and macs lol

I placed two separate orders a few minutes apart; one is preparing for shipment, and the other is still processing. That seems logical. One issue, however, is I upgraded both lines on my account (AT&T), and gave up grandfathered unlimited for the Mobile Share plan. Both phones show a rate plan of $125.00. It's as if they're not sharing a plan, but issuing one plan for each phone. I expected the second phone to show a rate plan of $35.00.

Wonder if it will work itself out, or if my first bill will be a whopper?

Got my email frm Apple at 12:15am PDT, still shows processing. I'm not worried yet. Of course I am very impatient. I'm not worried that I won't get it next Friday, but I am hoping I see my order change to the next step by this time tomorrow. I'm thinking because I am west coast that the change to each new step might be a little slower,.

My 32GB black ordered at 12:01AM is "preparing for shipment". My 16GB white ordered at 12:04AM is still "processing".

Both still say standard shipping.

Exact same situation here, except both of my order times are after yours. Looks like 32GB black are simply being processed before 16GB white.

Mind if i ask how you went about getting the upgrade fee waived? I'm on AT&T and 3 of our lines got upgraded so we have to pay over $100 in upgrade fees. It'd be great if i could avoid that:D

I literally just called into ATT, small chatted with the rep about her day. Then asked her if there was anything she could do for the 36 upgrade fee in terms of waiving or crediting. She credited my account the money.

4g lte at&t

HI all,

Is the 4G LTE an automatic feature through AT&T or is there an additional fee for those of us grandfathered into the Unlimited Data Plan?

Smoooth. I'm going to call tomorrow because a few weeks ago when I checked my upgrade eligibility (dialing *639#), I got a text saying my $36 fee would be waived.
