Called again, spoke to someone who went to get a manager after 2 seconds of looking at my order. Tells me I need to agree to the terms and conditions on opw.apple.com/tcat , then gives me my sales order # again. Claims that was the issue.
I go there, type in sales order. "We're sorry, your purchase record could not be found in our system.
Please double check your email and order number or contact us at 1-800-MY-APPLE."
I call again, cant get through now. This is beyond ridiculous now, I may have to jump ship after this mess.
