officially got an Apple shipment email, but status on UPS is still stagnant since 9/18 last update was shipment was in Alaska. Still says delivery for 9/21 by 10:30am
P.S. Will pre-sign in case my lazy wife is not up if they deliver early..lol

Twas the night before iPhone
and all through the house
not a peripheral was stirring
not even a Mighty Mouse
Tracking data was displayed
on four devices with care
with hopes that Big Brown
soon would be there.
Then, out in the street
there arose such a clatter
I jumped from my chair
to see what was the matter.
Out on the lawn
much to my joy and surprise
a rectangular box appeared
in front of my eyes.
"But, tomorrow's the day!"
I exclaimed with some worry,
"That's ok", he responded
"I'm in too much of a hurry."
Then, like a flash he was gone
more deliveries to make
and with that box in my hand
I actually started to shake.
But before I could open
my treasure that day
The man in brown had
one more thing to say.
"I'll see you next Fall
for the new iphone delight.
Happy Activation to all
and to all a good night!"

Finally Apple Sends Shipping Confirmation!
I ordered the phone on launch day at 2:30 a.m. CST. and finally got the official Apple shipping confirmation with tracking number via email at 5:00 a.m. this morning.
I've got an inexpensive case via Amazon. Can't wait for the bigger vendors to come up with new cases.

My last update was an arrival scan at Louisville 12:07 am, 9/18. Since then, ziltch. It says in transit, scheduled delivery Friday, with no time specified. Delivery method is Worldwide Express, which supposedly delivers by noon. Are they really going to wait until evening to ship it out of Louisville, when I'm in Atlanta 8 hours away?
Probably something to do with customs. Mine did as well even though its been sitting in Ky for 2 days after arriving from alaska

Yes, I have two phones, one of which has left addison and has not shown up in Louisville. They other is in Louisville. The one officially shipped is the one missing in action.

Has anyone been able to use UPS My Choice (the free version, not the $40 premium version) to change their delivery? I signed up for it, but when I go back to tracking info and click Change Delivery, it just gives me the old "Become a My Choice Member" window.

You could always take the phone to an AT&T store after you get it, they've always been really helpful at mine. Though it may be faster to call support tomorrow.
Anybody know if the 10:30am time frame is accurate? UPS never comes to my house that early! It's usually in the evening!
Ahh... the phone just showed up in Louisville, that bus must have had a wild party between Addison and Louisville.

Beside them being supper busy, not a problem. You should probably call or visit a store before turning the phone on.
Mine also now shows the "delivers by 10:30" which I hope is true but doubt it. Last year my 4S didn't arrive until 9:00PM
